Hotel staff made the stay for my son and I. Went above and beyond for his 6th birthday and he felt like a king. Bed was comfy, room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Dinner in the terrace lounge did take quite a while to come, but was still nice. Breakfast was lovely. All in all a great stay and will definitely be back

Lovely breakfast and beautiful grounds. Small village within a 6 minute walk. Hired a private meet and greet taxi for little more than the average taxi. Great start to a vacation.

Check in smoothly staff friendly and helpful spa clean relaxing and variety breakfast was plenty of choice . Chef not so great requested a breakfast at extra cost of eggs with salmon on sourdough bread V Chef put together an unexceptable alternitive Had to be returned

Everything was great, the only issue was that the walls were not very well sound proofed, snoring one side and kids the other. The bed was very comfortable though.

Our 4 night stay was thoroughly enjoyed, especially during our sessions booked in the Spa. The breakfasts were very good and we had a lovely evening meal in the Bar, where Staff were especially friendly and helpful. The July downside was our experience in The Ivy Restaurant where, on a Saturday night, it was incredibly noisy. After sitting at pur table for 5 minutes, being unable to hear ourselves think, let along hear ourselves speak, we decided to make our apologies and left, going to The Bar downstairs to eat instead. Advice: there are specialist Companies who can help with your noise problem in The Ivy Restaurant; noise absorption and noise reduction Specialists. Instead of the noise from talking bouncing off and around so many hard surfaces, until it becomes unbearable, there are simple things like adding materials to Decor to absorb sound. We would not choose to eat in The Ivy Restaurant, unless noise reduction improvements were made.

Dit hotel heeft grote schone kamer goede tv en heeft bad en een douche, belangrijkste vind ik rust in dit hotel omheen helemaal vrij perfect voor nachtrust ontbijt buffet is goed heeft ook Spa en gym lokaal, alleen wat ik minder vind voor spa zijn de tijden heel beperkt van 9:00 tot 19:00 uur had ruimer gekund vind ik parkeren is gratis

I travel a lot with work and needed a hotel in close proximity to Maynooth for onr night. I can honestly say from arrival to departure it was an outstanding stay. Arrived late in the evening, plenty of car parking and lighted walkway to front door. Reception staff were courteous and respectful and very welcoming. The room was lovely and spacious for one person, shower was nice and warm, and lovely shower gel and shampoo. The bed, the bed, had to day it twice, it was the first mattress in a long time I drifted to sleep, soft and firm, and an excellent nights sleep. Quiet corridor in the hotel no outside noise. Breakfast was only lovely and on checking out the lady at reception couldn't have been nicer. A simple smile and a bit of craic would make anyones day, well worth the visit. 10/10
