Breakfast options were great, some confusion over payment for breakfast, people who book directly have an option for including breakfast. 39 Euros was ok for three breakfasts, just some ongoing communication about this that it was paid at check in. The room. location and amenities were very good. A Tesco Express store around the block, very close.

Booked this hotel for my mother and me for a girls trip. This is an easily walkable property from most major sites you’ll want to see. The rooms have air conditioning which is a huge bonus, and the concierge, Ken, was absolutely fabulous and so helpful! The front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating. There was not a refrigerator in the room (which I did not think to ask about before booking) but they do have a fridge behind the front desk that is monitored by the front desk staff for medical purposes that I was able to leave my insulin in during our trip. They also had a freezer somewhere that they were able to freeze my ice pack for my return journey for my insulin! The shower’s size and water pressure and how hot water got was a real highlight. There is a also a Tesco Express just around the corner from the front door, which became a daily stop for me for a quick energy drink in the morning. Definitely recommend!

The breakfast selection is very good for the price and you always find something to eat,no matter what you're craving that day. The hotel is also perfectly located in the sense of walking distance to the Trinity College and the shopping district around it, as well as some museums and parks. There's a Tesco Express just around the corner so whether you're just leaving or coming back, you can always get food or drink for the next day/your journey that day. The hotel is in such a good location - 10 mins walk from Temple Bar area and Grafton Street is similar. 2 mins walk from the River. There is a bus stop close by for the airport and also the hop on hop off buses are only a 5 min walk away too. plenty of Dublin bikes close by too. The bar is really nice to have downstairs while waiting for the rest of our party. restaurant was great for breakfast - good value buffet breakfast. Rooms were slightly smaller than I'd like, however no problem at all given we were only using hand luggage. If you had big cases, you may struggle more. The coffee machine in the room was a nice addition though! Air conditioning also brilliant! Would definitely stay here again.
