This property is one block off Piazza San Marco in the heart of Venice. All the major sites are minutes away. Shops and restaurants abound. Venice is at your doorstep. We got into town early in the day and stopped by the property to drop off our small bags so we wouldn’t have to carry them around all day. Our hosts were very accommodating. They stored our bags and we were on our way for a day of site seeing. When we arrived at 5 pm our room was ready and after a little rest we were ready for our evening out - a concert and a great dinner (the restaurant recommended by our host). Our room was fantastic - comfortable bed, great bathroom, lots of amenities, and a location that couldn’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again.

When cleaning the room, they even neatly wrapped and organized the USB cord. And they gave me a welcome biscuit every day. I was very satisfied with everything. When I first entered the hotel, there were no instructions, so I was confused about how to open the first and second doors. It would be nice if they could provide guidance on these things in advance.

We had a wonderful time . The place was perfect right by all the famous attractions. Easy to get on and off with the water taxi . Asela was an amazing host . He made sure we got a water taxi to and from the hotel . And at 3 am we had to leave and he made sure we had a taxi . I have a view from our room . It was a rainy day but yet so awesome to see everything and to be so close .

What a hidden gem! We are so happy we found this. Asela couldnt have been nicer. Really made us feel welcome and comfortable for our night away. The room is stunning really big has everything you need and the view and location is just magical. We have reccomended it to everyone we know, we will definitely return.

We came for a short visit and the hotel location was perfect! The check-in was very easy and our room view was beautiful. The shower was one of the best as well! Lots of hot water

The only problem with the stay was that elevator was out of order. i am 75 year old and it was not easy for me to go up the sears several times a day. The service was very good and was modern and clean.

The hotel was impossible to find. It is a third floor in a residential building. We had to call them and have them come get us from nearby store. 2 flights of extremely steep stairs. No one at the front desk most of the time. Wanted to check out early, but were told that no one will be able to help with luggage till 9 30 am Room for clean and view good, but if you have any mobility issues it is not for you. No lift. No sign outside either. Will not be back.

The location was perfect. Very hard to find the property as absolutely no signage. Had to phone contact to be let in as no reception. They never had key for us so everytime we wanted into the property we had to phone them to come and let us in. Very inconvenient!

The owner made the link at was false advertising Plus we set up a water taxi that you had to have prepayment. I text him the time that I had to be at the airport no later than 7:30 Am. Extremely clear. He said I told him I needed to be picked up at 7:30. It was in the text chain. Clear as daylight he refused to credit me back the 160 Euros. I had to pay another water taxi 150 Euros. I wouldn’t recommend this place
