I've been to Rome with my family, and this was the best idea for a big family. Good price, nice staff, and so close to Termini station. I plan my next trip to Rome and I'm sure I'll choose a Penelope casa.

Overall, extremely inexpensive, but I'd rather spend more. This motel is genuinely not worth anything. It's location is the hotel's primary positive aspect, as it is in the heart of the city and a quick return route to the majority of sights and from the central train station. Given that the motel is built on a complex with a ton of rooms and businesses, it is challenging to locate. The desk staff is oblivious and disinterested in serving anyone and is open around the clock, making them appear to be open 24 hours, but when we inquired repeatedly, they stated that they are open for 24 hours, they frequently fall asleep, without providing any input. The rooms are fairly roomy and quite modest, and we discovered that their thin walls make them rather noisy. Unlike prison beds, the mattresses are about 30 cm wide and roughly 30 cm off the floor. When we arrived, one of the beds had worn slats, so the receptionist wasn't bothered at all. You would be fortunate to fit a passport inside the little safety deposit box. Although the hotel has free wifi, it doesn't function, and again, reception seems to be concerned. You had to choose four distinct keys, including the front door, the front door, the hotel's main entrance, and the room key.

We were a group of 6 staying on the fifth floor. Spacious apartment! Close to a terming station! We loved our apartment though, as I saw the pictures of their other rooms on the internet they didn't look as good as ours. The apartment was clean and comfortable beds and beings were new. The receptionist was courteous. The neighborhood felt safe. The rooms weren't ready at 130, but it's okay I will definitely stay there again!..

The location is the only good thing for this one, just 2 minutes from the terming station. Also, the room has AC that works. The room itself is tiny and clean but Maurice is thick and at least 15 years old and in very bad shape. Balcony doors are wood, very old, in bad shape and close to falling apart. Balcony is shared and doors don't close properly so neighbours can come easily.. Room has no furniture except a wooden chair. Bathroom has no cover see photos bathroom is full of mold and smells of mold walls are cracked see photos for 70 euros night, just a few bucks of investment can go a long way, but the owner is probably not interested. Hotels photos are totally photoshopped. You can compare if you want.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pela Sra. Bárbara que nos deu todas as orientações acerca do local e também nos deu um mapa dos principais pontos da cidade. Pena que não há a possibilidade de uso de microondas ou uma cozinha no imóvel. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias e as toalhas trocadas e o checkout foi super tranquilo. Na Estação Termini há um mercado chamado Conad que vende comida pronta e quente e quebra um galho pra quem não quer gastar em restaurantes todos os dias.

La posizione è strepitosa, ma le condizioni dell'affittacamera sono rimaste a più di 15 anni fa, le foto sono un po ingannevoli perché trattasi di pavimentazione molto obsoleta e che ha impressione di essere poco pulita.gli asciugamani non profumavano ma al contrario avevano uno spiacevole odore, il doccione poco funzionante per il calcare e stessa cosa per il bidet...ma , la signra Barbara gentilissima e molto disponile. Ci ritorneremo senza ombra di dubbio se fanno lavori di ristrutturazione! 😉

Biggest mistake I ever made was to book at this hotel. It is disgusting and terrible, and the hosts are very rude and inflexible.
