Staff members are very professional and helpful. Continental breakfast served at a nearby cafe was kind of limited to a simple set a croissant, an orange juice with a coffee. Personaly, it was good to visit the café every morning.

Great stay in Brera. Hotel is a small hidden gem. Staff was amazing. Our room was great with AC, kitchenette and small balcony. Easy walking distance to Duomo. Parking was complicated. Went to recommended garage which was about a 5 min walk. Was easy to find but parking was limited and tight. There was only an automated attendant so we were not able to get the LTZ area C the first day. Second day there was an attendant and he told me I had to go to a tobacco shop to get it which made things a little chaotic. Not the hotels problem, but if you are traveling with a car something to be aware of.

It was a floor inside a building, so limited amenities, but the rooms are 5 star standard, clean and comfortable and the staff (Melissa) went above and beyond and explained in details what we could and how to access, she was really helpful. The location is good 18 min walk to center and easy access by metro.

Nicely appointed, quiet room. Not crazy about no lobby and minimal staffing. Strange setup with hotel on 4th floor of commercial office building.

Temiz ve yenilenmiş bir oteldi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı.

This property was in a great location. it felt like more of an office building rather than a hotel. The room was nice and clean. There was construction noise and lobby not convenient to access.

Excelent customer service, super clean room and great location. Missing hair conditioner in shower, only shampoo. Air conditioner too noisy. Good stay overall

The included breakfast is not served on the hotel premises; it is offered at two separate establishments: Nui and Bioserri. Nui's breakfast selection is quite limited, offering only croissants, coffee, and juice. Bioserri's breakfast is slightly more varied. It's important to note that the hotel is located on the third floor of an undeveloped residential and office building, and the signage is not clear.

Comoda e centrale. Non c’è servizio di concierge notturno

Staff was friendly, this is not hotel style. More like an apartment style I think they should advertise that to customers. There is no lobby, just an entry from a gate on a side street and you’ll need to take an elevator to get to your room. Location was ok, room was clean but small

Its ok. The location is far from the center. Transportation is needed to move around. The area is not aesthetic…. The bed was very comfortable.
