This is my recommendation. This place is very clean and really quiet! The location is close to the bus and train station. The staff is very helpful I will definitely return! This is the best place to stay!

We spent two nights here. Our overall experience was excellent. Due to the two large pieces of luggage in the room, it was a little small for our taste, but we made it work. Although not up to our expectations, the accommodation was decently clean. Excellent location! Easily accessible, close to the railway station and eateries. Although slightly on the hard side and somewhat uncomfortable, the bed was adequate for two nights. The absence of an elevator and the second-floor hotel and lodging are my main drawbacks. You must climb a very steep, narrow staircase to get to the main check-in area. We were careful when it came to the size and weight of our bags, but we were concerned about hurting ourselves on the way up at check-out and the way down after check-out due to this. It was feasible for us, but if you cannot lift your luggage up a steep, cramped space, you might want to see if the hotel can assist you in this situation before you make plans for them in advance.

We will undoubtedly return and strongly advise staying there. We stayed at Hotel Ai Tolentini for two nights. We arrived late because of our flights. We texted the owner from the airport, and he immediately responded with instructions for getting in. Keys to our room were left at the front desk with clear instructions. The room was spacious and tidy. The mattress was firm and very comfortable for us. Air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a large bathroom with a shower and all necessary amenities were very clean. The next morning, we checked in properly with the hotel's owner. He was one of the nicest and nicest men we ever met. He gave us a map of the area and detailed directions to the local restaurant and the big canal. A short walk away. Thank you for that.

I highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel in Venice! Quiet and clean, close to train and bus stations! Friendly and helpful staff. My room was clean every day! I couldn't be happier! Cafes and restaurants are close by, as are all the surrounding neighborhoods, including Saint Mark, San Marco, San Cristo, and Canneraggio.

Clean room, great location from train terminal. Stairs to get to hotel. No elevator. We never saw the front desk staff during supposed business hours. They contacted us via WhatsApp to give the door code and room numbers. The key was hanging in the door. Tried to find someone for check out but no one there and no response on WhatsApp.
