I was told that I would be contacted by the Hotel 48 hours in advance of our arrival with check-in instructions. That never happened. I called the hotel at 4pm the day before our arrival and they put us in contact with Giovani. He then was very efficient and provided us with the check in instructions. The condo was spacious, quiet, in a great location, with excellent air-conditioning, a great tv, very good kitchen and appealing modern design. This place was very comfortable and a well worth the expense. We were very pleased. It was only the lack of check in information in advance that created stress. Otherwise the place was terrific and exceeded our expectations.

We had an amazing stay. Giovanni was great in his communication and very helpful. We had everything in the kitchen we could ask for and there was the most thoughtful little bits that is normally a problem - like salt and oil and milk. The beds were comfortable with good quality bedding and ample towels. The flat was close to historic sites with some great shopping just around the corner. Well worth the time to try out some of the restaurants.

Struttura situata in posizione centrale,vicinissima a tutti i maggiori punti di interesse di Torino. La struttura è pulita e confortevole,spazi ampi e di facile accesso a qualsiasi orario. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella suite, dove era presente una vasca idromassaggio. La stanza era impeccabile,pulitissima e presente ogni comfort. C'è la possibilità di usufruire della cucina,per prepararsi un pasto veloce o per la colazione. Consigliamo a tutti questa struttura se si vuole soggiornare liberamente senza i vincoli di un hotel.

Personalmente sono pienamente soddisfatta. L'appartamento é collocato in in palazzo d'epoca dell'800 in Via Mazzini, quindi in posizione molto centrale e comoda sia per raggiungere la stazione di Porta Nuova, la metro e il centro storico. Nell'appartamento é presente una cucina ben fornita e la colazione prevede sia prodotti confezionati che preparati in casa o comunque di pasticceria. Io ero l'unica inquilina dell'appartamento per cui il soggiorno é stato molto tranquillo e piacevole. Gli ambienti erano molto puliti. Ritornerò sicuramente. Chiara

This was a nice place. My only three issues were: 1. We were supposed to get confirmation email 48 hours before with instructions but I had to email the night before so we could make our transportation arrangements for the next day. 2. Check in was supposed to be at 12:30pm but right before we arrived we were told 1:30pm which ultimately became 2:15pm and again hindered our plans. 3. There was a strong sewer gas smell coming from the bathroom which you could smell through the whole apartment unless we closed the bathroom door. Positive things are: super close to everything, dining, transportation, museums etc. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. Also the two women who were preparing the apartment for us were amazing, kind, and helpful. Finally, do yourself a favor and eat at La Fermata right across the street, great experience!!

It was a nice suite in a four bedrooms condo unit. The room we stayed had its own bathroom , nice and clean. The other room had their bathroom in the hallway. Great location. Bar under the street stay open till 2 AM with people’s loud voice, but I like to stay in the center of the tourist areas, so it didn’t bother me. There are things in the shared kitchen and you always can get by with coffee, water, snacks and things. I liked it and for the area and the price, would recommend it.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. Zentraler geht's kaum. Direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofes "Porta Nuova" gelegen. Der Bus von und zum Flughafen fährt auch nur 1-2 Minuten Fußmarsch von der Unterkunft ab. Das Zimmer selber war zweckmäßig und einfach eingerichtet, für meine Ansprüche aber ausreichend. Außer zum schlafen hält man es sich es kaum auf dem Zimmer auf, daher konnte ich mich gut damit arrangieren. Frühstück war inklusive, allerdings ist hier "Selbstbedienung" angesagt. Der Vermieter wohnt zwar in einem separaten Bereich des Hauses, stellt im Flur allerdings Toast, Cornflakes, Kaffee, Milch etc. zur Verfügung, welches man sich dann selbst anrichten muss. Insgesamt gab es ein Gemeinschaftsbad für insgesamt 3 Zimmer. Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr sauber.
