The entrance was a little difficult to find as it was in an office building but after that everything was as smooth as could be. The reception was welcoming and helpful, the room was spotless and the location couldn’t have been more convenient to the central station. I would definitely stay here again.

O hotel tem uma localização excelente na frente da estação central em Milão . É um pouco difícil de achar porque a recepção está no primeiro andar de um prédio. E não é visível da rua. A nossa experiência foi muito boa. Ficamos somente uma noite mas o quarto era muito lindo. O café da manhã também excelente . Estilo hotel boutique. Os funcionários muito amáveis e educados. Deixaram deixar as nossas malas no próximo dia. Excelente experiência em Milão

O café da manhã é tradicional italiano, tem café, leite, iogurte, capuccino, água, 1 croissant para cada hóspede, torradas, geleias e mel a vontade. Senti falta apenas de alguma fruta mas era tudo preparado na hora e bem saboroso.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early without having to wait for the designated time. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was both comfortable and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Milano Centrale train station, making it very accessible. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciate you letting us store our luggage after check-out and allowing us to relax until it was time to head to the train station.

It was difficult to find because you have to buzz in on the side of the building. But once you know what to do, it was great. SUPER close to the train station :)
