I suppose something has happened between then and now after reading several reviews. In any case, that's why reviews are put up. This place is not worth it as it seems to have been before. The good point, however, is that it is located on a very residential road, with free parking, which you could assume will be very quiet. That is without counting on all the dogs barking for everything passing by. Fortunately, they didn't bark at night, allowing us to sleep well. Here comes the bad comment. My partner and I arrived late at night. The hostess welcomed us but didn't seem to speak neither English nor French, but we were able to communicate. As usual, the host asks us to hand over our documents. My partner was sitting next to the hostess and told me afterward that he was smelled alcohol, which I didn't notice at first. Following the receptionist asked my partner if he had the nationality after seeing our strictly identical IDs. What a f! Overall, the room was large enough for two people. The furnishings are getting a little old. The restroom is clearly in need of maintenance. The shower was filled with fungi. Fruit juices were delicious for breakfast. The hostess gave the impression that there was a variety between sweet and salty, but there was no other alternative than salami

I stayed for one night in this nice hotel. The room is clean and well decorated. The bathroom needs a good upgrade. We were able to assist ourselves to fruit and drinks in the kitchen at any time. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Owners were very helpful and we even had a 10 discount on our meal in a local restaurant.

In general, we would strongly recommend it and most probably stay there again if visiting Sicily. This august, we spent four days in this guesthouse. Nicolas' surroundings are wonderful and extremely peaceful, especially if you have your own transportation. There are three or four private rooms available in this flat. We had roomy, spotless, and fully equipped rooms that were available to us, including a shared kitchen. The restroom in the apartment was also quite expansive, although the shower was rather small in comparison to the rest of the bathroom. The climate control in the room was also great. In the rooms, the internet connection is terrible, and in order to get decent wifi connectivity, you must go into the kitchen. Every day, Giovanni, the owner, was sure to offer us a delicious, welcoming breakfast.

The best place to stay if you intend to spend some time on amount, this place feels like home. Breakfast is plentiful, rooms are well furnished with rustic furniture, parking is easy, and the hosts are very nice.

I got back from a week-long stay at this lovely hotel in the middle of Nicolas. The location is ideal for exploring eta and the surrounding villages. The accommodation is huge and clean. The owner was very helpful and helpful. The owner provided us with lots of information about places to visit and restaurants to eat that one in Fora dago was excellent. The breakfast is well prepared by the owner and is plentiful. Many thanks for making our stay so wonderful!!!Ciao da malt, Mary Grace, Manuel Mia.
