Overall, this apartment is a great place to stay and enjoy your visit to Dolceacqua. We reserved all three rooms at this wonderful hotel. Excellent location off the village's old square, close to the church clock tower. The entire apartment is beautifully decorated, and every room is roomy and spotless. The linens were crisp and silky, and the beds were comfortable. Large, contemporary bathrooms with a soft towel and fluffy robes. Patricia is a real delight, and she made us feel extremely welcome. Water, drinks, and other items are in the fridge. If you wish to prepare, there is a fully functional kitchen. We were given a choice of sweet or salty breakfast, and we chose a mix. It was delicious, with meats, cheeses, fresh bread, homemade pastries, yogurts, and fruit. Patricia even departed a bottle of her fathers local red wine, which she has been very thoughtful and generously. Because the apartment is on the fifth level, be careful after a few glasses of wine!

We booked all three rooms for three nights and had a great stay there. It is conveniently located next to the church and the clock tower. The rooms have been refurbished very well, and the bathrooms are very nicely done. The place was spotless clean, the beds were very comfortable, the towels were white and fluffy, and bathrobes were also provided, which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. The towels were changed every day. Patricia, who runs be, was lovely, very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We chose a combination of savoury and sweet breakfast, and it was all very fresh and delicious. Internet is also available, and I mention it as I know it is a must have now as we cannot live without it! On the last day, our flights were not until the early evening, but patricia graciously allowed us to stay as long as we needed, which was nice as we could use it without worrying about our luggage. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are very steep and there are only two flights to walk up, but amazingly, it does get easier after a few times. Anyone visiting Dolceacqua should highly recommend this place.

I can not tell since I was relocatted to another far lower quality property. The owner did not explained why. The person in charge for the property I was relocatted was Nice and friendly and helpfull, but in the end, despiste being relocatted to an inferior property, I was overcharged 6 Euros. This I can not tolerate.
