We stayed here for a weekend in the mountains and enjoyed the fresh air. This beautifully restored barn is unlike anything else I have ever seen. The hosts were very kind and spent time telling us where to eat and where to hike. Basically, this town and this be are not for the weak of heart. The walk to and from the building takes on a lot of hills but is nonetheless rewarded with hospitality.

Our trip's highlight was spending two nights in this lovely restored hay barn in Chamois. Gorgeous scenery, incredibly calm. The be is a labor of love, so carefully thought out and renovated by alberto. It was off season, and there wasn't much open, but alberto came up from Turin to welcome us and provide us with enough food for a week of breakfasts, including a cake originally meant for his family and home-made enemy for added sweetness. Our only regret is that we were unable to stay forever.
