The land lady of this villa, Rossa, was very caring, friendly, helpful and made everyday a wonderful delicious breakfast. The property is convenient located to the train station or you can easily walk to the center of Sorrento. It's also close to one of the best pizza restaurant in the area. We really enjoyed our stay. We communicated via Google translate app with Rossa. Will stay here again next time. Thank you Rossa for given us a great time.

I found this listing on Expedia and looked up reviews on other booking sites which were really good so we decided to book here. Our host was very attentive and provided a wonderful breakfast everyday. Having a full breakfast is great during a long vacation. The rooms and bathrooms are clean with air conditioning. The house is on a beautiful property. It’s about a 40 minute walk to the center of Sorrento and a $25 taxi ride. The train station is close and the bus is inexpensive if you are able to figure out the system.

This hotel has very pleasant atmosphere, especially when you consider the location. The staff in this hotel is very friendly and attentive, especially Rosa the best hostess, who make us very comfortable and provide amazing service. The garden's ambiance is very beautiful, with lots of perfumes such as jasmine, hydrangea, roses, lemon trees, orange trees, and rosemary. The room and bathroom are large and spotless. The fresh eggplant from the garden, freshly grilled in olive oil and mozzarella buffalo with tomatoes and basil, and home made sweets. This place is not a hotel but offers a very authentic Italian experience.

I did last stay at be huge even though this was the last time I used application, trust trustpilot. Com, because of their terrible customer service, hope it wasn't the last time. I booked Be massive 30 minutes before arrival, under great stress, due to a previous failed reservation at another accommodation villa panestay away. Rosa made us feel at ease and at home. The room bathroom was sunny, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was served every day. Rosa is a true Italian mom who is always willing to provide good advice and make you the best pancakes you've ever had. Access is via a small road behind the main road, which is why it is very quiet. But if you want an even more quiet room, ask for one far from the kitchen area.

This bed and breakfast was a disappointing one for us. Although the room was clean, it was full of hundreds of crawling ants on the walls, and we were constantly afraid to carry some in our luggage. There isn't much to do in Santorini. Comfort Our room was right next to the kitchen and breakfast rooms, which also appear to be the living quarters of the proprietor, Rosa. He would be listening very loud at night, so we were unable to fall asleep at all. Since she smokes a lot, our room was often smelly. They also went through our baggage every morning as they cleaned the room, and put all of our clothes and towels in the drawers or cabinets. It didn't bother me at all when someone searched through my personal belongings. Breakfast is usually comprised of coffee, bread, and cereal. Eggs, potatoes, and celery soup were also provided. On the mornings we were there, there were no fruits. The proprietor of the service only speaks Italian, so she was unable to assist us with planning or offer any kind of advice. We will undoubtedly avoid this bed and breakfast. You can without a doubt locate a better hotel near torrent for the cost you pay in cash!.

My recommended place to stay is Roses Bob, a place to relax in peace and tranquility in the company of a warm and friendly host. This place was really lovely to spend a few days. It's in a very quiet area off the main road, only a 5- to 10-minute walk from the train station, the ocean, and a variety of restaurants. Be aware that Google Maps does not show the side street very well because we got lost, but the beautiful rosa came and found us! It's much nicer than the busy tourist regions of torrent and mali and easier to get to.

The rooms are clean and safe. This is the place for you if you need a quiet, relaxing time. I was pleasantly surprised by the last evaluation by Mariasoleil i. Saint angelo is not a torrent, in fact. However, it's much quieter, and the station is extremely handy to visit Portey or Naples. Rosa suggested numerous restaurants, and there are groceries shops with fresh produce nearby. Rosa is a delightful and passionate Italian. She doesn't speak Italian, but none of us do, so it's not a big deal.

I regret needing to leave this negative review, but it's my only remaining option after trying to appeal to reason. Despite the owner being hospitalized by an unfortunate accident at least a week prior, the property was still accepting guests when we arrived. They have since paused bookings, confirming they know the situation is unworkable, yet they refuse to give us any refund. We arrived to locked gates with no response from any of the contact numbers. We thought we'd been scammed! When someone finally answered, they suggested we stay elsewhere, until they realized they’d have to refund us. So the owner’s friends and family tried their best to check us in. No management, ants everywhere, no cleaning in our apartment, no laundry facilities (despite being advertised), no breakfast at a B&B, a malfunctioning toilet, spreading our family across different apartments because of ants in one bed. After two stressful nights, we left. When I heard back from the owner days later, she said I should have reported the issues in real-time. Via text while she was in hospital on medication. We didn't because she had never replied to any of my previous messages; the only comms we had were from friends who had no knowledge of the property. The air conditioning worked well, at least (though was only present in one of the two SCIROCCO rooms).

We booked this around 8pm. It was confirmed and the instructions were that after 9pm they charge you 30 euros to check in and to call 30 min prior to arrival. I messaged them about 10pm and we were told they had to cancel the booking because no one was there to check us in. We hD driven in from sicily and had to drive around for two hours to find somewhere else to stay. Very dissatisfied with what happened. They just sent me a message saying they had to cancel the registration. It never should have been confirmed and they need to keep their info up to date. Ruined ouelr night and the next day becauae we got hardly any sleep
