The location is excellent in the center of Florencia, right next to the piazza della signora, which is clean enough. The price is expensive for a room without a private bathroom because we chose this because it was the last decent option in Florence when we booked access to the flat is difficult with bigger luggage on the very steep and narrow stairs from the ground floor to the first floor, where the flat is also situated. The owner said he had some injuries to his leg and allowed us 2 women to literary drag the luggage upstairs I have read about this in other reviews too, so I think it's a permanent issue our window opened to some kind of light well 1. That did not allow enough fresh air to come in during that hot time of year 2. Where the outside part of the air conditioning was set, there was a constant terrible noise at night. All in all, it was good enough for a brief night stay, mostly due to the location, but we wouldn't go back.
