To avoid waiting or misunderstanding, we request you to let us know in advance the time of your arrival and any changes.

1. CHECK-IN
Check-out must be before 10:00 AM with the return of the kets.
Please accept the ban on parties and/or events.
We recommend that you use the toilet carefully, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet (use the appropriate trash bins).
Please do not remove appliances or parts of the equipment provided (Towels, blankets and the like) from the apartment.
Upon arrival, each guest will be asked for an ID, as per the regulations, which will be promptly returned.
9. CHECK-OUT
Full bags should be left in the proper container located in the cellar at the entrance of the building. The humid and dry are harvested in the early mornings on Mondays and Fridays.
The Guest’s special needs may be met, if possible, only if they are listed at the time of booking or upon arrival.
Guests may feel free to use the indoor and outdoor common spaces following the rules of good manners in respect of nature, the environment and the neighbours.
You are not responsible for any inconvenience due to lack of all or part of utilities such as gas, electricity, water, phone line or internet connection not depending on our will, but everything will be done to mitigate any problem experienced.
If you would like to have the garbage collected from the city staff, please place these bins outside the front door the night before and pick it up the next day.
You will find 1st set of towels (shower, face, bidet) included in the price of your reservation and a shower mat, bed linens and 2 kitchen towels.
5. NOISE
It is a good idea to dispose off waste in the waste containers as indicated: plastic, paper and cardboard, glass, wet (organic/food) and dry (non-cyclable products)
Guests are kindly asked to pay attention to their personal belongings. The guarantor shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage to their own property.
From 10:00 p.m to 7:00 a.m, Guests are asked to respect the silence by avoiding activities that may disturb the neighbours’ rest. You are in a historic home, please maintain the charm of discretion.
Please report any damage and/or deterioration of the structure or equipment or if the keys are lost as soon as possible.
Smoking is prohibited and pet are not allowed.

The people responsible for the House have the right to visit the interior with prior notice to the Guest or, in exceptional cases, even if they are not there, in the event of a fire, water loss, alarm intervention, faults, etc.
Minors are only allowed if they are accompanied by guests who are over 18 years of age who respond and guarantee them.
During the stay, the cleaning and tidying of the house is the responsibility of the Guest.
Entry to the Dimore Antiche means accepting and fully complying with these internal house rules, which will ensure you have a pleasant and equally safe stay.
Extraordinary linens and cleaning can be arranged.
If there are damages caused by the Guests. The guarantor reserves the right to make any reports within 48 hours of checkout and indicate for a possible refund.
4. CLEANING
Please remember to turn off the lights in rooms, fans, TV and other facilities if you do not need them.
DEAR GUESTS,
We kindly ask you to close doors, windows and dark gently and always during your absence.
3. PROPER USE OF THE PROPERTY
WE ARE HAPPY and HONORED WITH YOUR VISIT!
The only place where you can prepare food and drinks is the kitchen.
The overnight stay is exclusively for booked Guests.
