The host was very accommodating, and willing to help with any needs allow the way. Though there was some mold in the bathrooms, otherwise the space was clean and often cleaned when requested. The location is fairly central and quiet. Loved the stay.

Room was clean, friendly staff, and adequate air conditioning for the 37 degree heat. The metro line A is right outside with easy access to termini one stop away or a 10-15 minute walk. Great cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Felt safe walking around at night.

We had a great visit at DVE Suites, and appreciated the proximity to the Roma Termini and the Metro station, which made getting around very easy. Our host was SO helpful and accommodating, and a proactive communicator to help ensure we were stress-free. Also enjoyed a couple of fabulous meals steps from DVE Suites at a wine bar / restaurant that we adored (Quartino) that if you’re a food and wine lover, you must try.

Very enjoyable stay! Vintage elevator whisked us up to the 3rd floor (or 4th in Europe). Once we had the access code to the front door and was able to enter the "hotel", we found our room to be very nicely appointed. The fresco on the 20 ft ceiling added to the ambience of the room. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The park across the street was a pleasant surprise. Try the restaurant on the corner in the park! Lighter fare but good. There's a short walk to public transportation including the main train terminal. We caught the Hop on Hop off within a couple of blocks for a tour of the city. All in all - great location, comfortable digs in a historic building.

We liked this property after we found it, but it was difficult finding it. Not clearly marked and was a bit confusing. After we arrived the lady checking us in was very nice and helpful. But upon check out I found the man Patrick was a bit rude. It may have been a language barrier and just a cultural thing in the way we speak to One another. But overall was a gorgeous place once we found it and I would stay there again

The room is spacious, high ceilings and in a great location. I walked from Roma Terminal to the suite and it was 15 minutes. The staff is friendly helpful and also arranged a taxi pick up for the following morning. Cost for taxi was 55 euros to bring me to the airport which was about 35 minute ride, no traffic.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay with Patrizio at DVE Suite. Prime location and unassuming from the outside, inside is a peak hostel type of experience. We stayed in the junior suite which was perfect size, very spacious and two great bathrooms. But what sets DVE apart is it’a host Patrick. H from check in to check out, his attentiveness and friendliness is a real standout to any tourist during their stay. He made sure to address to any of our needs while being welcoming, considerate and hilarious. I would recommend this place to any tourist looking to be relatively close to Rome’s historical district without being in the mix

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We booked a junior suite which had 2 levels and 2 bathrooms, it was great having that extra space. The location was convenient being close to Rome Termini and a subway station. Definitely recommend staying here!

The location is just outside the touristy area, so a bit more laid back. Lots of local cafés where you can eat great food for much less than the tourist restaurants. The room had all that is needed and was quiet. We arrived early and we're able to leave our bags while we went to explore. Additionally the complimentary wine we received was very good.

We both had a fantastic stay in Rome! The owner, Patrice ( hope I have spelt his correctly) Was first class! He allowed us to check in 2 hours early and let us leave our cases after check out! The room was clean and the amenities were great. The fridge was a plus in the room for keeping a supply of cool drinks after a hectic day sight seeing day. Patrice was always on had to answer any question's! The apartments are situated right outside the City’s Metro! A big plus to keep the costs down while navigating round the City! When we return to explore more of this vibrant City And it’s its friendly people, we would have no hesitation on booking with Patrice. Many thanks for helping make a trip! Mick & Lisa Terkowski

Excelente servicio, lugar frente a la plaza Vittorio Emanuele, habitación espaciosa, baño amplio, tiene un pequeño frígo, se ofrece agua, te y café, toallas muy limpias, cama cómoda y muy buenas almohadas, vista preciosa de la habitación a la plaza, el host nos recibió super rápido, y fue una persona muy servicial, y tengo que mencionar que se me proporcionó guardaequipaje, ya después de mi check out, todo excelente!!!
