The apartement was nice and well maintained. There is A/C which is absolutely necessary if you're travelling to Rome in the hotter months. Via Flavia is a wonderful location walkable distance to most main attractions, and to Termini. On the corner of Via Plavia (behind the building) there is the best gelato. I highly recommend staing here.

The room was very nice and spacious. It was clean. There are many restaraunts located close, and it was easy to get a taxi. Location was safe. Reminder, there is no front desk for this hotel, so make sure you make contact with the hotel to arrange your arrival time to meet somebody to get your hotel information, door code, and room key.

Very clean and centrally located unit with a convenient layout and fully equipped kitchen. There is a central AC and amazing blinds that block all the light. Staff member met us at the entrance to check us in and explain the details, so that was super fast. One downside: they do not provide any bathroom or kitchen supplies, but that was in the other reviews as well so we came prepared and brought shampoo, paper towels and dishwasher tablets with us.

Incheckningen var väldigt forcerad. Hon hade nog bråttom nån annanstans, men var trevlig i övrigt. Dock hade vi frågor om luftkonditioneringen då den inte ville ner under 25 grader även efter 4-5 timmar. Hon skulle återkomma med gjorde aldrig det. Hade tagit henne 5 minuter att bara återkoppla och berätta om det var normalt eller vad vi annars kunde gjort. Under två dagar var 24 grader det lägsta vi fick ner temperaturen till. Köket hade begränsad utrustning, tex saknades skärbrädor, diskmedel, disktrasor etc. Läget på boendet var dock väldigt bra, centralt och lugnt.

We were greeted right as we pulled up to the apartment. Easy check in. Wonderful location. Quiet and out of the city center, yet our family walked to everything we wanted to see. Very clean and looked just like the photos.

The property was more of an Airbnb/apartment than a hotel room. No staff on premises. We are greeted by an employee who escorted us to the apartment. He gave us the front door access code and the key to the apartment. The apartment had great AC, especially during the heatwave that we just experienced. It was strong in both the bedroom and the living area. The kitchen was equipped with a full fridge, toaster, Nespresso machine, pots, pans, cups, plates, and cutlery. There were no pods or paper towels in the kitchen. They supplied counter top liquid cleaner, dish soap (no sponge) and one dishwasher pod. The washer was available but not pods/detergent. There were 3 sets of towels for the 3 of us. Hand soap and 2 packets of shampoo and a hair dryer were given in the bathroom. Lots of storage space in the bedroom. Hanger, iron and ironing board were also available. No extra linens or pillows were available (only 1 per person). The beds were sturdy and had great mattresses. Unfortunately very dusty underneath the master bed. Comforters were available in the cabinets if we needed them. This apartment had NO BLACKOUT curtains. It was bright every morning at 545am. If you are wanting to start the day slowly, this wouldn't be the place for you. All in all, Flavia Design studios was 4/5 for us. Comfortable enough for the stay but needed a few more amenities to make the stay returnable.

The place was clean, there was some renovation that had gone on that weren't quite finished in the bathroom. There was a chair delivery scheduled with no knowledge of this delivery happening. The beds are good for 1 or 2 nights. Its just outside of the center but plenty of restaurants around.

I was under the impression it was a full service unit. It is more like an Air BNB. No staff at the front desk the entire time we were there. Was able to reach contact person at arrival, and at check out. All inquiries in between there was no response. The photos of the unit(s) and entrance are misleading.

Very poor services No cleaning No staff only one nice lady Vita was helping n this because she felt our suffering , they selling them self as hotel apartments but they r not the just boring apartments Absolutely don’t recommend to stay with them
