The hotel was centrally situated just a 2 minute walk from the cathedral and baptistery. It is perfectly located for restaurants, bars and shops aswell as all of the lovely attractions close by. The hotel staff were very helpful and spoke many languages fluently and were knowledgeable about where to visit first etc regarding queuing. The room itself was very clean and well maintained and a decent size for a city centre hotel. It came with all amenities such as shampoo and soap and a mini bar in the room. We were given a room at the back which was lovely and quiet as the hotel is on street full of restaurants and bars. The hotel also has a luggage storage room so you don’t have to carry your bags around on the last day of your visit. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again when we come back to Florence next year.

Great experience. A charming place to stay: clean, unpretentious and perfectly located to all city attractions. The concierge, Allessandro, can guide you to anything you need: vegan eating spots, money exchange and hidden attractions that only a local would know. Forever grateful he steered us to the best pizza place ever - and that is saying a lot from this pizza lover. The continental breakfast was delicious - great selection and terrific coffee. Only downside is there were a lot of stairs, as we were on the third floor as well as leading to the lobby. But the staff was helpful in taking our bags to the room. Would stay again in a second. Highly recommended!
