Front desk staff was incredibly informative and friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet and located in a central area. Be prepared to climb three flights of narrow stairs to the hotel.

El hotel se encuentra a 10 minutos de la Galería Nacional donde se puede Admirar al David de Miguel Angel Buonarroti. Y cerca de la Plaza de la Basílica de. San Marcos y otros Museos. Fue muy cálida la recepción por parte del personal.

The room was one of rhe nicer ones on the trip. Small but quite workable for a short stay. We stayed 3 days. Location worked out well as we could easily walk to all of the sites we wanted to see. There is no elevator and you will need to carry your luggage upstairs. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and the variety was good.

Good place to stay close to everything in Florence. Area was safe. Instructions to get to hotel were clear. Staff was super nice and friendly. Breakfast was good. There is no elevator. Make sure you are ready to go up several flights of stairs.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Luggage storage is available for free if you arrive before your room is ready or have to check out before you're ready to leave town. The room was spacious and comfortable with a fully modern bathroom.

O hotel é incrível, realmente muito bom. Quarto enorme, bem mobiliado e decorado. Banheiro grande também. O atendimento também foi incrível. Não perguntei o nome, mas o senhor que nos atendeu a noite na nossa chegada foi muito solicito, nos ajudou muito em tudo que precisamos. A única questão com o hotel realmente são as escadas, porque são dois andares pra subir de escada, então se você tiver problemas de mobilidade infelizmente não aconselho, mas se não, definitivamente vale muito a pena.
