Struttura centralissima, con possibilità di parcheggio sulle strisce blu , se si è fortunati si può anche evitare parcheggiando sul lato opposto della strada. Pulizia ottima, personale disponibile e gentile.

Servizio alla reception ECCEZIONALE, quanto mai in nessun hotel prima. Gentili, efficienti, sempre disponibili senza essere invadenti: davvero tutte bravissime!!!!!!! Da segnalare la buona colazione servita al 10° piano dell'hotel di fronte, con splendida vista su tutta Palermo. Bella camera, ottimo letto: unico neo la maldestra disposizione del bagno, che crea qualche problema nei movimenti(ma in altre stanze era ok). Consigliatissimo!!!!!!!!

Thus was a great budget hotel. Impeccably clean. Spacious rooms. Plenty of hot water. Best of all location. Easy walk to everything including pick up place for day trips. Shopping excellent. Gabriella’s restaurant list was terrific we dine several times at locale. It was five minutes walk would recommend and stay again

Este Hotel es una de las mejores opciones en Palermo. El personal y la recepcion es de maravilla. Se encuentra en pleno Centro con opciones de comida extraordinarias. La recepcion con Gaby y Antonella fue extraordinaria, nos recbieron con cafe y Agua sin costo, lo cual tienes disponible en todo momento. Nos dieron tips de comida y espectaculos que solo los locales conocen. El Hotel muy limpio, comodo, accesible y facil de encontrar. Es la mejor opcion en Palermo.

The building has a number of small hotels. Hotel City Center is on the first floor and is serviced by an elevator. The room was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was helpful, and very knowledgable about various sites in Palermo. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Teatro Massimo and an easy half hours walk from the station.

Small friendly hotel , conveniently situated for shops , restaurants, cafes. Manola & Antonella on reception were friendly and exceptionally helpful. Bedroom was comfortable & very clean ; the shower was good . Bedroom looked out onto interior courtyard but it was only for sleeping in , so that wasn’t a problem for me . Hotel is on the 1st floor , accessed by ancient-style lift , and a keycard opens the main door electronically. Once I’d got used to the lift it was fine ! Not luxurious , no frills , but good value for money . The staff are lovely ! Would return .

良かった点: スタッフの対応→お願い事に快く対処していただいた。部屋数が少ないこじんまりしたホテルなので、スタッフが女性だったのもこちらとしては居心地が良かった。バス停が近くどこにいくのにもとても便利。困った点: トイレの流した後ストップしないと止まらないこと→気づきが遅れて溢れてしまい足元タオルを置いて対処した。シャワー囲いが車椅子対応の為か、囲いが2方向に開くため外に漏れやすい。

Truly in the heart of the city, located within walking distance of some great sights and restaurants. The room was spotless, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and we loved just leaving the front door in the morning and being right next to a great coffee shop with amazing croissants. I will definitely return here!

Everything about my stay here was perfect. The room was spaceous, clean, modern, with a very comfy bed. Hospitality 10/10, you will be offered free coffee, water and Sicilian pastries any time you pass by the reception. Free water in your fridge too. You will be well taken care of here by the hosts. Teatro Massimo is 2 minutes away, the hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants, so anything you need it will be right there. If I ever visit Palermo again I will only stay here.
