Check in was easy and fuss free and the gentleman who checked us in was lovely. The room was basic and clean, it was everything we needed for our stay in Rome. Only thing I'd mention was the damp/mould in the bathroom on the roof and around the window. Other than that it was fine :) There is also a nice restaurant two doors down which served amazing food at really reasonable prices - Highly recommend! Overall of we ever headed back to Rome we would rebook this hotel :)

Excelente estadía, muy cercana a estación termini, el único problema fue al llegar, por las tardes y noches no hay nadie en recepción, esperamos a que algún huésped abriera la puerta y al entrar nos enteramos que tenían una nota para ir al hotel de enfrente a hacer check in, no se nos notificó por correo previamente... Afortunadamente no fue mucho el tiempo de espera

A priori el aspecto exterior de la entrada al hotel no nos gustó, pero cuando entramos a la habitación estaba muy limpia, muy nueva, todo perfecto, las instalaciones impecables, amplia, luminosa... en fin, un gusto de habitación Justo puerta con puerta del hotel habían bares y un pub, pero en la habitación no se oía absolutamente nada, tranquilidad total

Segunda estadia nesse hotel. Estávamos em três pessoas e nos hospedamos em um quarto recém reformado. Muito limpo, com um café da manhã simples, mas esperado para um dois estrelas. Se comunicando um pouco em italiano, não há com que se preocupar. Voltaria a me hospedar lá, com certeza.

Great value for money, the whole place is spotless and in a great location. Only downside is that there is no option to reuse your towels. Other than that I can’t complain.

This hotel was very impressive. I would stay here again. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the terming train station. Central for all tourist attractions, Metro station is a fiveminute walk away. But the breakfast menu is limited but still available if you want it.

The hotel is nice, but the service is lacking. The rooms are clean but not very comfortable. The rooms are ceramic tiles and very cold and the internet is constantly crashing. Breakfast is very limited with no variety.

There was no people at reception at any time.. even when we arrive the guy was outside. And never see him again during all the stay. Also. They charged for everything.. when i booked the room i did it for 3 people.. and then i got an email saying that for the third person we have to pay extra for the bed. Also charge for breakfast when it said when i booked breakfast was included.. anways. In general the place is not bad. But its not the best. The room was clean but realy small and thigh for 4 people.
