Food Allergies and Intolerances: We would like to clarify that our property does not provide a certified service or a service specifically dedicated to guests with celiac disease or other food intolerances, as this is neither part of our required services nor supported by dedicated facilities (such as a separate kitchen, certified staff, or registration with the National Register for Gluten-Free Catering).However, whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate our guests' dietary needs by offering suitable dishes and certified pre-packaged products for the most common food intolerances, including gluten intolerance.In accordance with current regulations, all allergens contained in our dishes are clearly indicated on our menus.We kindly ask you to inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can organize our service in the best possible way and accommodate your needs whenever feasible.
