We stayed for 1 week and it was great! The room was big and had a terass with a beatiful view of Mount Vesuvio. It was overall very clean and the bathroom was fine. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. The breakfast buffé was also great. We sat in a wonderful garden with lemon and orange trees. The pool area was supernice with a bar and was located 50 meters from the main building and therefore felt more private. The only negative was the heavily trafficated road right outside the main building. It was a 15 min walk to Sorrento train station, but since it was along the big road, it was quite unpleasant. Overall: We could absolutely come back here and it was great value for money. The hotel is rated 3 stars but could easily get a forth from me.

The hotel is a lovely family run hotel within a 20 minute walk to main Soreento town centre. The rooms have everything you need. We were room 39 and had a nice little shared terrace. The pool area is perfect and surrounded by lovely lemon and orange trees. Breakfast is well equipped with a big variety of food and beverages. We liked it so much that we will be booking to come back next year. If you want a hotel that is traditional and not over commercialised, then this is the hotel for you.

This family owned and operated hotel is a real gem! We spent 6 days here in May and enjoyed our room and the view of Naples Bay from our deck. The pool and poolside bar/snack shop was perfect for some R and R. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as was the one dinner that we had in the restaurant. What made our stay memorable was the family atmosphere and the service that we received from check-in to check-out. We loved the way that we were treated by all the staff. They were exceptional and stood out as our favorite hotel of our 5-week vacation in Europe. We highly recommend the Hotel Girasole!

We had a wonderful view from our balcony. Pool was refreshing. Staff very helpful with any of our needs or requests. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit. 6 day stay.

My husband and i had a great experience. A lovely hotel with exceptional customer service. The reception team were warm and so helpful they went out of there way to help. The balcony rooms offer fantastic views. I very restful happy stay. We will be back.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights. This is a family owned hotel. All employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The owner Antoniono and his son Mino treat you like a family. The rooms are good size and priced very reasonably, considering they are only 15 minute walk from the city center. Many rooms face the Bay of Naples with Mt. Vesuvious in the background. The bus stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Large grocery store is 10 min walk. Really good full breakfast is included and served either inside or outside in the garden. Dinner can also be ordered. Beautiful pool with a bar. Beautiful Orchard where you can stroll around and admire different fruit trees and vegetable garden. We really liked our stay at Girasole!

Rigtig fint hotel, i gåafstand til bymidten og toget. Morgenmaden var super fin. Poolen var rigtig god, roligt område og rigeligt med solstole. Hotellet fremstår lidt uddateret, men fejler ikke noget. Sengene er dog lidt slidte.

I just loved the owners and all the staff at Hotel Girasole, a lovely, historical and enchanting hotel with every convenience available. The location is within walking distance of the main center of town, Piazza Tasso, the staff cannot do enough for you. All are friendly and professional, and of course, the food is excellent! I loved all of them, especially the owners as well as Francesco, who was in charge of dining services. What lovely people and a beautifully maintained property. There is a beautiful outdoor covered patio, a large swimming pool area and beautifully maintained gardens. When we return to Sorrento, this is where we will stay.

This was an excellent hotel! We loved our room and the view. It was great to have a pool available for the afternoon when we needed to cool off from the walking. The front lobby staff were always available and very helpful. The breakfast options were amazing!

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Girasole Easy access to the town centre and train station Very nice pool with decent pool bar Breakfast was simple but very good - great coffee!! Very suitable for kids Room was a good size with nice balcony/view Staff were very helpful when needed - even made us a takeaway breakfast for our early departure Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Sorrento!!!
