We should have known, based on the extremely strong repellent-like smell at the desk, that this hotel had an insect invasion. After we indicated that ants were in our room, a staff member arrived 15 minutes later with a broom and some repellent and accused us of eating some food in our room. No apologies of any kind. The following day, and after seeing other bugs in our room, we decided to leave that hotel, and it was only then that we were offered a new room. So we left anyway. And guess what? For one euro less, we found a lovely 4-star hotel next door with extremely friendly service, a deluxe swimming pool, and none of them were ants or insects.

This hotel is close to the beach and the location is perfect. The hotel facilities are spotless and have beautiful and comfortable rooms. The dinner was fantastic and the buffet was quite extensive. Everything appeared to have been freshly prepared.

Very recommended. This is a charming family hotel with excellent services in the ideal position of Principio a Mare, surrounded by pine trees, just a 5-minute stroll from the beach, clean and comfortable rooms, free and fast wifi, and wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets. The friendliness and professionalism of all its employees, though, is what really speaks for the Hotel Gloron! Everyone will make you feel at home, including the owner and his family, the front desk staff, restaurant workers, and the cleaning ladies. Since 2011, we've been visiting the Hotel Gloron every summer!

The hotel close to the sea. The restaurants are very good and have a beautiful view. The food here was also very good and plentiful. The service was friendly and helpful. I chose the buffet menu for starters and then a variety of dishes for main course with wine included.

The room was recently renovated, tastefully furnished, and equipped with air conditioning. They are clean, and have a balcony in the outside. Moreover, the hotel provides free WiFi throughout the whole, which is essential if you're traveling with teenagers. They served a tasty, varied, and beautifully presented breakfast with numerous choices.
