What a fantastic, friendly hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our tour through Italy and had a great time. The rooms are a good size and the bathroom is spacious. Some even have spa baths. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is even a pool and day spa available for use.

On our way back from Torino to London, we spent three nights in a threestar piedmont hotel. It is conveniently located on a peaceful street close to the turin road and the motorway that connects it. Three stars were all in it in every way. The rooms were adequate, with adequate air conditioning and a decent bathroom with a shower. The surrounding public areas were dilapidated, and we didn't believe the hotel had made the best use of them, particularly the rough swimming pool area with some loose astroturf and stoneconcrete surround, parasols in plastic chemical? Fuel? containers, and a toilet in portakabin style. The outdoor dining area was likewise practical rather than pleasant. We had dinner again at the hotel, which was fine but limited use of local ingredients or artisan dishes. In conclusion, this is a nice place to stay and very expensive, but it's not a place to stay or do anything that will remain permanently in your mind.

On my way from Italy to Genoa, I just wanted a decently priced hotel. Found halfway. Very nice surprise, good service, fresh, comfortable room with bricks and beams. Cheap tasty dinner and good local wines. Couldn't have been better! Mats.

We stayed one night on the 31 st of October. Great service, a nice pool, a nice room, and a new renovation. Clean rooms, and very close to the nicest city in Alba. Thank you very much for ordering this excellent wine tasting in the Marine.

Even after providing us with Italian clothes that we should have paid in advance for, they refused to send our forgotten clothes to us. Aircorn didn't work in the room and we booked a room with a balcony, but we got a room without it. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The pool is nice but the deck with sun loungers is not finished yet. :I would not recommend this hotel to others who are looking for a better accommodation. Staff would not want to send forgotten clothes to us.
