It's like you guys're in another place, they didn't provide you with proper service. The staff never give you a smile and no staff even speak any foreign languages. The breakfast is terrible, there is nothing fresh, the hot water to tea not hot and there is soap in the bathroom. Unprofessional. : We spend 2 nights at this hotel and it was ok with the architecture and nice swimming pool but the service is not professional for this price. No one speaks a foreign language, the staff never smile, the breakfast was terrible, nothing fresh and the hot water for tea was not hot. In the bathroom, there is soap. Briefly, not very good address and management.
