O hotel é simples, mas atendeu nossas expectativas, fizemos o check in com rapidez, fomos atendidos com muito respeito e cordialidade pelo Zi. Ficamos três dias, ele está sempre pronto a nos auxiliar no que fosse necessário. O hotel fica próximo aos pontos turísticos, fizemos tudo percurso andando. As roupas de camas e toalhas trocadas, banheiro limpo e com água quente sempre.

The room I had was cute with a balcony and high ceilings. There was a fan and a AC. The location is great- within 10 mins walk from the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia. Lots of restaurants nearby to eat. Tram station is 5 mins walk. Front staff was very helpful. It is a bit hard to find if you follow the directions from the map in Expedia but easy to figure out with the street number.

As instalações são antigas, como muitas em Florença. Olhando o prédio pelo lado de fora e até mesmo dentro até chegar no quarto parece ruim, mas não é. O quarto era simples, mas estava tudo extremamente limpo. Roupa de cama cheirosa. Toalha fofinha, limpa e cheirosa também. Chuveiro esquentou bem. O colchão era confortável. Tinha até uma chaleirinha elétrica para esquentar água. Deixaram como cortesia sachês de chá, torradinhas e geleia. Achei bem delicado da parte deles. O recepcionista que me atendeu foi extremamente atencioso e solícito. O quarto não estava pronto porque cheguei antes do horário do check in. Mas, ele permitiu que eu deixasse as malas no quarto, o que facilitou bastante para mim.

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en el alojamiento. Solo un poco ruidoso el pasillo que comunica con las habitaciones, de madrugada se escuchaba quien llegaba y quien salía como si estuvieran en nuestra habitación. El resto perfecto. La habitación y baño muy limpio y cómodo. Volvería

The room is well-located. Within short walking distance of Il Duomo. The room itself had a high ceiling with a mosaic on it, comfortable bed, a sofa & a desk. En suite bathroom with hot water. Everything worked. The room was very clean. Check in was easy as someone was at the property to greet me. I was very happy with the room & location. The street outside is very busy but everywhere is busy in Florence.

Great room in a decent location. Lots of great food within a few minutes walk. The room is quite big and all of the amenities work great. The location is fairly hidden as it is just a wooden door to a complex, but if you buzz the hotel floor they will let you in and provide keys to the main entrance, hotel entrance and room entrance. A bit complex but worth it for the room. Would definitely recommend this!

Tivemos um pouco de dificuldade para encontrar a portaria principal da propriedade, mas os atendentes responderam rápido e resolvemos sem problema. É bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, mercados e tudo mais. Tivemos a infelicidade de termos nos hospedado em dias em que o prédio onde fica a propriedade estava em obras, e acordamos com barulho de furadeira e sem água no primeiro dia. De qualquer forma, os atendentes foram prestativos e buscaram resolver.

Hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre historique. Chambre simple mais grande avec salle de douche privative. Le tout était très correct, sans chichi. Décoration très sommaire mais nous n'étions pas là pour la décoration de la chambre.
