I've stayed at this residence for a couple of nights. The room was clean and the view from the window was spectacular. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It's a good option for those who are driving because parking is free and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Plaza del Campo! I would recommend it to everyone. I'm very satisfied!

It's easy to walk to Sienna from this hotel because it's conveniently located near the wall. We stayed for 3 nights and would come back soon.

This hotel has all the pluses of a great apartment complex. We had a corner apartment on the top floor with an idea of a view of the old walls in one direction and the city outskirts in the other. Great position outside the old city walls, walking distance to the city's main attractions. Free parking on site, but it's only available for 8 to 10 cars, free wifi, and good facilities. Booking in was very efficient. Staff recommended a cafe within two minutes walk for breakfast if required, even though we used the kitchenette in the morning. No drawback for us at all, and I will definitely stay there again.

As a result of its strategic location and new building, it is a good location but there are too many flaws. For me, it's close to the old city. I love the spacious rooms and the lovely terrace with the city view. There is also a parking area, which is what I liked. The bathroom is very poor, there are no toiletries in the shower, the internet connection is unstable, and the elevator is broken.

A great place especially if you are driving because it is out of the LTL zone but very close to the historical center, just walk. It has a free parking area. The flat is huge. Very comfortable, and well equipped. As soon as you come into the flat you think you booked it wrong because it seen that it costs more than you have just played. Very good option without a doubt.
