The location was excellent, but you have to pay a high price for the facilities. The hostess was extremely kind. Centrally located, close to the shopping area and palace. Overall a good stay. If you need some variety, it's better to bring your own food.

I can see the bad sides of this hotel, even if the noise is so noisy and there are AC fans in the lounge, we have an old toilet that smells strange, even though the rooms here are dirty, so we didn't use AC while the windows were open and the air was very bad and that was the main problem with this hotel. They served good gelato at a great price for what we ordered. They provide a shower, bedroom and sitting area. We made an Italian breakfast. They provided all the equipment for making milk, coffee, juice, bread, eggs, espresso, croissants, tea, jelly, meat, and cheese. Plus, the wifi was good.

I have a nice experience while staying here. This place is right in the heart of a major road full of shops and can easily find our taxi driver. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. Not expecting 5 star surroundings. If you want 5 star facilities, go to a 5 star hotel! You get what you pay for! Overall this is a great value for money considering the fantastic location and friendly service. My husband and I will happily recommend this place to anyone on a budget.

Our family of four spent two nights at Milan. The location is only a quarter mile from Domo and very peaceful. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I advise emailing her a few days before your arrival to find instructions on where to find the hotel and how to get in. Otherwise, you may have a hard time, especially if you arrive early, late, or over the weekend. The rooms are clean, and the beds are adequate. There was a private bathroom that was clean, but a person with mobility issues or an enormous body frame would not be able to use the shower. Breakfast is acceptable. No air conditioning. The area is a little cluttered with odd furniture and other items. In conclusion, if you come to visit the city and need a place to sleep, I advise the location if you want comfort and frequently want to relax in your room during the day, you may want to think about other choices.

Nevertheless, it was a great place to stay for a weeklong break, but I would not return. My spouse and I remained here as a couple for a week over the Valentine's holiday weekend. The location was excellent, very strategic, on one of the major shopping streets in Milan and near to the Domino. The hostess was very friendly and showed us around when we first arrived. I wouldn't call it an apartment, more like an apartment. The rooms were nice enough, but some amenities like lamps weren't working. The communal bathroom was very inadequate. Ramshackle shower with parcel tape attached to the wall and a shower head fixed too low for anyone over 510 maximum. The shower is also not wide enough for an adult male to stand comfortably sideways without getting stuck to the curtain or knocking the shower tap offto extreme temperatures. It was so bad that my partner, who lives in Milan, would go back to his apartment every day to use the shower. The breakfast room has plenty of coffee machines but very limited food unless you like croissants or bread with jam every morning. No hot food, and you have to prepare it all yourself. The host was always asked if we had everything we needed, which was nice but also a little overbearing, and she always appeared to be there when you left your room.
