Please kindly note that from 2012 the City of Scarlino will begin a City tax, which applies to non-residents staying overnight. Children under 16 years of age will be exempted. The tourism tax rate which is according to the local regulations must be paid at the hotel: Euro 1.30 per night per person.
- Towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 7 per person or bring their own. Bed linens are included in the room rate.- All requests for check-in outside of scheduled hours are subject to approval by the property and must be requested before arrival.Please note that a mandatory final cleaning fee of €50 applies to stays of 7 nights or longer.- Guests are required to leave the kitchenette clean.
