I stayed with my adult children for a couple of nights. The hotel is located in a quiet street and is close to both main railway stations. The rooms were spacious, modern and wellequipped. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a good range and was nicely presented. I will recommend it and stay again.

This is a beautiful 5star hotel in melbourne. The location is a bit far from the main square, but the rooms are modern and clean. There is a parking lot next door which is helpful. The breakfast is the best in melbourne. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be back when next visit to melbourne.

Hotel yang direkomendasikan, luar biasa dalam segala hal. Layanan luar biasa, kamar bersih dan ramah, sarapan lezat dengan pilihan manis dan gurih, staf yang baik dan berpengetahuan. Satu-satunya downside adalah kurangnya garasi, tapi jangan khawatir, ada tempat parkir tertutup yang bagus di sebelah hotel, perhatikan jam buka dan tutup. Ada banyak tempat untuk sarapan, makan siang, dan makan malam di sepanjang jalan. Untuk makan malam yang menarik, jangan lewatkan restoran Lebanon yang sangat dekat dari hotel.

Our stay at the hotel palace carnolia was flawless. In addition to the service and staff working. Omar, who worked the night shift at the front desk, was very kind and helpful. I recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel also has amazing smells and products!.

The location is good, close to the metro, 3 stops from duomo, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. We booked a deluxe room and were given a suite with a terrace, which was nice.

I recommend this hotel. Nice area, lots of restaurants on the same street and next. Good location with walking distance to everything or if its longer it is close to the subway and train station. Beautiful rooms and a great breakfast. Crispy bacon, lots of baked goods to choose from. Nice capucinos etc. We had a problem with the bathroom in our room and i called reception and the staff was up and taking care of everything within minutes and solved it.

The room is spacious and conveniently located near the train station. The service provided is commendable. However, the rooms facilities were somewhat faulty, and the faucet for washing hands was unable to provide hot water. Despite these issues, everything else about the stay was satisfactory.

It is conveniently located for taking the train and is a 10minute walk from the train station. The cleanliness is excellent, the service is excellent, and the room is large and roomy. It is a fivestar hotel, but in terms of size, it differs from the fivestar hotels we are familiar with.

A lovely boutique hotel. Stylish, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Everything, including the bed, pillows, and linens, is five stars. Its a special place that makes you feel welcome, and when i return to milan, i will definitely stay here. Also very close to the central station.

In October 2023, i had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The hotels location is ideal, close to the train station and a 15minute drive from the city center. The service staff demonstrated excellent competence, and the breakfast was quite good. I chose a suite during my stay. As you can see in the images and videos ive attached in this review, the rooms layout was pleasantly simple. One minor suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a coffee table in front of the sofa, which would enhance the suites overall comfort.
