This is an amazing gem in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to all the historic buildings. The rooms are modern yet cozy, very clean, and the breakfast great. The view from the terrace is spectacular, making visits to towers or viewpoints unnecessary.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was so incredibly kind and this beautiful place made the stay. The location is absolutely perfect, just a quick walk to about everywhere you’d want to go in Florence. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet although being so close to such a busy part of town. What really made the stay was the STUNNING rooftop. You cannot beat the view that this hotel gives you, our last night there we grabbed some dinner to go and enjoyed a beautiful evening. You cannot beat everything this place gives you for the price! Would recommend and will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Graziani in room 11B. The room has a fantastic view of the Cathedral - far better than it looks in the photos on here! The panoramic view from the terrace is equally incredible. The decor is simple but tasteful, very Tuscan. Again, it's nicer in person than it looks online! There were two small frustrations for us: firstly, the mattress was quite hard - it didn't bother me too much but my boyfriend wasn't a fan. Second, the breakfast was underwhelming - basically lots of variations of pastries. They do have some cured meats and some yoghurt but honestly we found ourselves hungry again within a couple of hours as pastries just aren't very nourishing. A simple but easy change would be to provide some boiled eggs, or add a greek yoghurt or quark to the mix.

A 5-15 minute walk from everywhere you want to go in Florence so you can pop by in between tours for whatever you need. They have air conditioning which was much needed for May in Florence.

We stayed just one night before our plane left. The rooftop deck was the best. We’d been in Florence at Moon Boutique Spa for the week. We love the spa there. Palazzo Giardino near the Duomo was the best ever. The view was amazing and it is in a palace from the 16-17+centuries. Beautiful and in the heart of Florence. Cobblestone roads and uneven sidewalks but also great taxi service to the palace doors. Elevator to rooms, some stairs to rooftop. Private terraces $$$? We highly recommend it. My husband loved the location. Cafes, Architecture History everywhere even an Irish pub tucked away in the spiderweb shaped streets. Palazzo Giardini is in the heart of Florence. Breakfast sounded delicious but our flight was too early. Easy cab ride, but you can take the tram for 2€ each if you have time.

We stayed on the ground floor to the back of the property, which gives you extra outdoor space. Beautiful character and very peaceful. 5-10 mins walk to the Duomo and in a vibrant neighbourhood. The roof terrace for breakfast was exellent and the views were sublime. Highly reccomend.

This hotel is in a building that has so much character and old world charm that it felt like we were staying in a museum! It was very clean, well kept and had the friendliest/helpful staff. They had a lovely breakfast which you could eat in one of the many dining areas or on the roof top terrace with the most amazing views! The location is perfect as it is walkable to many of the city attractions and a 20 minute walk to the train station. I highly recommend this hotel!
