We had a wonderful time. It was my first visit to rome. The hotels location in the city center makes it easy to get there. There was an extravagant view of the colosseum in our room. For the first two days, we had some issues with the electricity. However, the Raphael did incredibly well at providing us with what we needed. He made sure to upgrade our accommodation to the collosseo suite. Very helpful staff members were present. Our stay was fantastic. Room service was prompt, and the hotels taxi services are always on schedule and without waiting. We were also able to arrange airport pickup services directly from the hotel, which greatly eased things. Breakfast is of very high quality and excellent quality. I will most certainly return in future.

This hotel is a great choice for those looking for upscale accommodation with sweeping views of the colosseo. The rooms are modern but unfortunately, the lighting in our room was not working properly. Even though the staff had to come, it wasnt fixed and still looks like they havent replaced us. Overall, this hotel has remained incredibly pleasant!.

The room at the palace manfredi was beautiful but small, the view of the colosseum was unreal. We had the same view from the bathroom window. The welcome champagne was a nice treat. When we asked to eat at aroma as all bookings online were full, hotel staff were accommodating. Dining at Aroma was an amazing experience in terms of taste and service.

One of the best hotels ive ever been to. The staff, especially raphael and Veronica, were very attentive. We did have a few issues with our room, but they took care of everything and apologized. When we left and returned, they moved everything to sytayed us in relocating. Not only was the breakfast on the rooftop delicious food, it also had incredibly beautiful views. I would recommend it to anyone. Unbeatable topnotch service.

This is one of the best hotels ive ever stayed at, and i cannot recommend it enough! My wife made a special reservation for us to stay here as remembrance of her birthday, which was fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make the trip feel special, the views of this coliseum are breathtaking, plus the breakfast is excellent. Thank you, palazzo manfredi!.

We spent two nights here with our family before going on a cruise. We were given the twostory suite with stunning views of the coliseum. The front desk staff was extremely polite and helpful. Genuine 5star service. I took advantage of their bar area to have stocked premium spirits. Also enjoyed supper at aroma, which was fantastic. Everything was wonderful for us. A special thanks to Rafael who attended to many special requests, including car service and private tours of both the palace and the colonial museum. Strongest recommendation.

What a treat! We received an upgrade to remodeled of this lovely apartment! The staff was really helpful and attentive, the room was clean with refreshments, and it was conveniently located in the center near the colosseum. The rooms were secure and safe. Breakfast at the main hotel was also quite good.

Its hard to express how lovely this hotel is. The location is ideal, it overlooks the colosseum itself and is within walking distance of the city center. If you are not lucky enough to book a room overlooking the collosseus, dont worry, youll see it from the restaurant at breakfast or dinner. Staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly, and they will do everything in their power to make your stay special. Our room was beautiful, the food and drink were excellent, as were many local authentic restaurants within ten minutes walk. A wonderful experience.

The staff and hotel were exceptional from start to finish. Raphael and lorenzo deserve special recognition for their outstanding service and attentiveness, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, the room was filled with fresh flowers and champagne, which was incredibly thoughtful. The restaurant served my husband s hamilton ice cream at breakfast, demonstrating the care and attention the staff pays to the visitors. During our visit, my spouse and im having the pleasure of dining at aroma restaurant, where we enjoyed the most delicious meal ive ever had, and since i am choosy eater, it was without denying that it would be my favorite meal. I will definitely return to this place. Many thanks for making my partners birthday one to remember and for ensuring he had an amazing weekend.

The hotel at palazzo manfredi is truly remarkable. My partner and i stayed here for seven days over a week ago, and we had the most incredible time ever. Our hotel room was exquisite, offering utmost comfort and beauty with vistas of the colosseum. The staff members were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure that your stay is enjoyable. Lorenzo in particular stood out for his kindness and helpfulness to us during our stay. He deserves recognition for outstanding customer service and friendliness. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered incredibly delicious food, including complimentary cappuccinos coffee and champagne. Staying here was one of my highlights during my trip to romani. We will definitely return to this hotel when we return!.

This place is highly recommended! The staff was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the booking process, making everything so easy! We booked an apartment, which is a few blocks from the main building, but the service was just as amazing from when we arrived. It was our first time in Rome, and the staff here made it easy. Great location! Will definitely be back if we are in the area again!.

The hotel is truly remarkable. We were fortunate enough to be able to reserve a room named ladus magus. The room boasts an unparalleled view of both the Ludus Magnus and the colloseum. Breakfast was excellent, with an incredible view over the collloseal. It was ideal!.

This hotel is highly recommended. Excellent hotel in a fantastic location near the colosseum. Every mornings breakfast is fantastic. The restaurant has vistas like those in movies, and they offer eggs to order, bacon, dozens of breads, cheeses and pastries, all of which are excellent. Very nice and comfortable rooms, with friendly and welcoming staff.
