We stayed here for 4 nights in October. The farmhouse is in a great location near San Gimignano. The rooms are basic, and the second room we were given was damp with black mold on the bathroom floor. The first room was very small, and the bathroom door was hard to open and kept sticking to the tiles. No coffee maker, and given the remote location of the farmhouse this is very poor. I would expect at least an honesty bar like in other agroturismos we have stayed where we could make our own drinks. Throughout our stay we were plagued by mosquitoes and there was no repellent in the rooms. The pool, view and restaurant food were the highlights for us. I paid 150 pounds for two meals. If you want a luxury experience of Tuscany this is not it. The staff was not particularly friendly and we were not provided with information about the local area as advertised on the website. We were not even help moving rooms.

All we wanted from this place is the authentic Tuscan style food that every foodie will love! The rooms were lovely and the pool and grounds were kept well and beautiful. They served homemade food and good taste. The employees were kind and attentive and spoke English.

The location is great, you are surrounded by the beautiful scenery. The entire staff is very kind and very friendly. The food is great. The perfect place to stay and relax. I spent a long week end with my family and it was a very wonderful experience. The room was very clean and the swimming pool was the best place to relax after one day walking around Sinta, San Gimignano and other famous places around this place.

Great location for exploring Tuscany and beautiful accommodation with stunning scenery! The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will definitely need a car. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for two nights and had a great dinner at their restaurant. Highly recommend as a base to explore the area.
