We stayed for 6 nights and had a lovely room on the third floor with a great balcony and an amazing view. It is a laid-back, family-run business that looks after you with a sense of personal care. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served on the terrace, and drinks are served in the bar or lounge area. Breakfast was a bit monotonous after 6 days, we would have liked a little more variety, but this is just a small thing. We spent time swimming, sunbathing, and lounging in the garden in the wonderful pool area. It's a 10 minute walk to mean or you can use their bikes to get around. I highly recommend it.

It's the only drawback that it's a short 30-minute walk from the city center, making it hard to travel back and forth on more than one occasion each day. Everything else is excellent! Make sure you book a room with the right landscape, both indoor and outdoor pools, and stunning mountain views from the terrace of your room. The communal areas are well-furnished and immaculately kept. Nice atmosphere in the evening with a welcoming bar and couches. And, the best part, an excellent 5-course dinner is also available as a supplement. Worth every penny..

It is a fantastic base to explore this fascinating area and you would return without a doubt, I highly suggest this hotel. I met friends from Germany here and had no idea what the area is like. The area is fantastic, with great alpine walks and a lovely village. This location is a little out of town but a treasure. It has an amazing indoor and outdoor pool, a great sauna, and a steam room. They are very friendly and helpful and it's more like a boutique hotel than a generic big hotel, the breakfast is delicious but the standout is the set evening meal at 23 euros. With all the different courses of local produce and everything was perfectly prepared and presented, it was such an adventure. I'm not sure how they do it so well. The rooms are clean and modern, the area is so peaceful and serene, and the rooms are clean and modern.

The only negative thing about this place is the good location. The personnel was friendly, the food was fantastic, especially the pasta, and the breakfast was nice, especially on the terrace. We booked a one-night stay and stayed two because we were very relaxing by the pool. I highly recommend this place to go to if you are in Milan and want to relax.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Polling and couldn't recommend it more! We chose Merino because we both love nature walking and there are literally hundreds of beautiful nearby trails to choose from. The guys at reception were so nice, helpful and recommended some great options including hikes to Lana and salads. After a long walk in the heat, a swim in the pool was a welcome relief and we never struggled to find a comfortable sunbed. We didn't use the indoor pool or sauna, but it looked beautiful and immaculate like the rest of the hotel. Fresh towels were available every day free of charge. We had a room overlooking the pool with a great view and a balcony that caught the evening sun. In terms of food, the breakfast options were amazing with a fresh orange juice machine and gorgeous cappuccinos! We ate dinner in the hotel five out of the six nights and I couldn't get over how amazing the food was! As a vegetarian, I often struggle to find anything other than pizza and pasta in Italy, but this was not the case in hotel polling! The food was amazing and the chefs made a new delectable masterpiece every night, so we are very grateful. It's been amazing to me that there is a 5-course menu every night that concludes with a wonderful dessert and cheese choice, bring a short pair! Finally,
