As of January 1st 2011, the Municipal Council of Rome has introduced a room occupancy tax in the amount of maximum EUR 3.00 per person per night – applicable for maximum 10 days. Starting from September 1st, 2014 the amount has been increased up to EUR 7.00 per person per night (depending on the accommodation type and star rating). Children under the age of 10 years are exempt from payment. The fee will be asked of anyone staying in overnight accommodation inside Rome’s boundaries at the end of each stay. The fee is not included in Agoda's price and must be paid at the Hotel.
Breakfast is included in the room's price and consists in a ticket that can be redeemed at a nearby venue.
Check-in is possible only between 08.00 and 15.00. If you wish to check-in later than that, please inform the Hotel by writing in the Special Requests section while booking.
Due to applicable law, the property's structure cannot accommodate more than three persons, regardless of age, in a single room. If you need to accommodate four or more persons, please book two or more rooms.
The hotel has no 24h reception. Please inform the hotel in advance your expected arrival time.
A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for arrivals after 20:00.
