Wonderful bed and breakfast in a peaceful location yet in easy walking distance of the centre of Florence. Beautiful room and bathroom which were spotless and Irene was very welcoming. Easy check in procedure. We couldn't recommend this place enough. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

I had an amazing stay here in Florence. The location was perfect. Close to everything but still quiet enough to relax after a long day of exploring. The place itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel comfortable right away. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of options and a great start to the day. A special mention to Irene, the host, who was incredibly kind and always quick to respond to any questions or requests. She really made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

We loved this stay! It is further out than we thought about 30 minutes walk from the central city area, - and it is in a residential area so not much to do or see on the way back, but an uber didn’t cost much on a day we had walked a lot! This was such a fabulous place to stay, amazing and communicative host, beautiful room and bathroom and comfy bed (do bring ear plugs if you aren’t up early as it’s an old building it’s not very soundproof) - and the breakfast was so good - even lacto free products that I can’t get at home like yogurt and butter , plus every kind of plant milk you can imagine - as a dairy allergy sufferer this was bliss , Starting my day with yummy things I could still eat so very much appreciated! Also eggs, Coffee, toast, pastries, jams cereals. An amazing spread! Staff were very friendly and helpful and the building itself and decor was so gorgeous!

On the quiet side across the river which was nice after a busy day seeing the delightful Florence!! 23 bus is a short walk to take you close to the Duomo.Comfortable bed and a nice quiet road.

Ótima experiência, quarto limpíssimo, o banheiro compartilhado também, toalhas limpas e macias, atendente super simpática, café da manhã maravilhoso. Nós amamos! Fica em média 35/40 minutos a pé do centro da cidade e nós fizemos tudo a pé mesmo. Caso precise, tem ponto de ônibus bem próximo.

Absolutely lovely B&B in a quiet neighbourhood, easily walkable along Arno to city core. Breakfast has many options for all dietary needs. Decor of historic building is pretty and tastefully done for a romantic atmosphere. Will stay here again! Also loved the garden!

Right from the start communication with Irene was exceptional. Irene answered questions quickly and was very friendly and accommodating. Although not advertised, Irene made every effort to cater to our dietary requirements for breakfast which was really appreciated. The online guide supplied when we booked was very informative and we loved being slightly outside of the busy centre of Florence and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the accommodation and area. It didn’t take long to walk to all the usual sights and being close to the river made for a lovely walk into the centre. Our room was so spacious and quiet. The air conditioning was really welcome too so we Could avoid the mosquitoes! The staff on hand every morning were so friendly and helpful and made everything a breeze. A fantastic stay and highly recommended. Thank you to the team at Residenza Cecchi! ❤️
