About Sovana Hotel Resort
The hotel is located in Sovana, in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma area and in the typical medieval surroundings of the village. The property is nestled in an extensive 20, 000 m² park with olive trees. The hotel is about 2 km from the Duomo di Sovana (cathedral) and around 10 km from the town of Grosseto. This old country house offers modern comforts for a memorable and relaxing stay. The air-conditioned hotel comprises 18 rooms, a lobby, 24-hour reception and a TV lounge. Guests can also enjoy the in-house café, bar and restaurant. Internet access, room service and a car park are provided for hotel guests. Guests are accommodated in comfortable en suite rooms equipped with a bathtub or shower, WC, hairdryer, individually regulated air conditioning, minibar, satellite/cable TV and telephone. From Orvieto, take the SR71 road towards Montefiascone/Viterbo until the 17-km marker, then take the SR74 road, and follow signs for San Lorenzo Nuovo, then Pitigliano and finally Sovana.
