Funny concept (self check in and situated behind a carwash) but relatively close to the terminal of Linate Airport (I spent less than € 15 on a taxi). Great room, jacuzzi and great bathroom. Reasonably prized and if you are not looking for a bar or restaurant, but just a spot to get a good night's rest, this works fine!

We stayed in the Rio room - Superior Studio Suite, 1 King Bed, Balcony. The room was immaculate, there is a bathroom seperated by a door with a sink, toilet, bidet, heated towel rail, mirrors, hair dryer Leaving the bathroom, there is a large modern shower. Onto the main room, there is a jacuzzi, circular double bed, under-table fridge, flat screen TV, wardrobe, 2 chairs, a desk and a kettle. There is a large set of balcony doors with an air conditioning unit above, with blackout curtains which leads onto a small balcony. Positives: House cleaning was great, new towels were provided everyday and the room was immaculate the whole stay. The room was very relaxing and modern. 2 bottles of complimentary water were provided, toiletries and a helpful guide of the local area, including the WIFI password Using the AC, the room temperature was great in the middle of June Communication with the host was great, all replies were instant Negatives: The hotel is situated next to a car wash which can be noisy throughout the day - this was not an issue for us as we were out all day, however for someone planning to relax may be an issue. The balcony was rather small, around 40cm deep so there was not a huge amount of space to sit outside. The biggest negative for us was noise during the night - there is a nightclub called the beach situated over the river which is open and playing music till 6 AM. The AC managed to block the noise. Overall a really great stay for a great price

Das Hotel ist kaum auffindbar weil versteckt, und auch nicht angeschrieben als solches. Die Umgebung ist keineswegs akzeptabel weil eine Tankstelle und eine Waschanlage für Fahrzeuge. Zimmer sind zwar in den Bilder echt ansehnlich, geben aber kaum einen passenden Gesamteindruck wieder.

Camera bella anche se mancano molti dettagli. La luce sotto al letto non funzionava, c'è il bollitore ma nulla per farsi un tè o una tisana. Parcheggio scomodissimo e in mezzo al fango. La posizione non è delle migliori. Ha buone potenzialità. Reception zero ma servizio di assistenza tramite WhatsApp motlo efficiente. Manca colazione Peccato

Room was great. The mood lighting around the massive bath was a plus, also the round bed was ascetically pleasing but a bit on the firm side for us. Velux windows in the roof were great specially when the storm passed and you had the blinds open, but unfortunately the stay was ruined by kids hanging around the petrol station throwing glass bottles and playing their music out their cars at 1am. Also because of that we heard some late night guests arriving which echoed across the premises. If the local kids weren’t so selfish it would have been given more stars, saying that it is out of their control and would recommend.

This was a terrible stay. The check-in process was far too complicated, with excessive paperwork. I've never been allowed into a room after 4 PM before – way too late! It was utterly nonsensical. The accommodation was not as advertised, the surrounding environment was terrible, the gas station nearby was dangerous, and there was noise from a large car wash. The building has no elevator, making it very difficult to carry luggage upstairs. The room was old and stained everywhere; we were misled by the online pictures. In short, don't stay here.

Le code de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Le sèche cheveux ne marchait pas. Il faisait très froid pas de chauffage donc pas profité du jacuzzi du tout. La station de lavage en dessous beaucoup de bruit alors que nous étions seul dans l’hôtel. Je ne reviendrai pas même si on me l’offre.

1.Umgebung für ein Hotel sehr schlecht (Tankstelle,Autowaschanlage, Baustelle im Erdgeschoss) 2.Am ersten Abend extrem starker Silikongeruch im Zimmer 3.Internetverbindung nur im Freien möglich 4.Das Leitungswasser war Braun!! (Fotos sind vorhanden) 5.Kurtaxe wurde in Absprache mit Vermieter direkt im Zimmer hinterlegt, jedoch keine Bestätigung dafür erhalten 6.Vermieter wollte Foto von unserem Reisepass über WhatsApp hochgeladen haben Diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen!
