The hotel is modest, welcoming, and full of culture, perfectly suited for a brief visit. The historical house effectively portrays it. This hotel must be unique. It is located in a construction that is believed to be more than 500 years old and retains a number of the original features and atmosphere. This is in some ways why it is a fantastic choice for a stay in the historic city of Florence, and its location is ideal for exploring many of the sights on foot. If you want all the conveniences of a modern hotel, the building's age does diminish, for instance, There are no elevators and narrow winding stairs to the upper levels. The bathroom was fantastic, and the room was spaciously furnished in a style that matched the structure. Although no televisions were available in English, the minibar, WiFi, and other services were excellent. The architecture was a little dark. Our brief visit was made more enjoyable by the personnel, who were exceptional, always friendly, and very helpful. The petite dining room had a decent breakfast that was typical Continental. The extremely attractive open courtyard, in particular, had to be idyllic in worse conditions since the weather wasn't ideal for our brief visit.

The staff was very friendly, with a wide range of options for breakfast. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It is located in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and historical sites. So highly recommend this place.

The staff made us feel very welcome and special, especially when we checked in, and the staff member asked if this was our first time and when we said yes, she opened up a map and highlighted where everything was relative to our hotel. Overall, I think this place is the place to be if you want to sleep in the middle of history. However, the staff made our stay in Florence so enjoyable. They were friendly, considerate, and timely. They greeted us in the morning for brunch. When we asked for it, they gave us ice. When we asked for it, they gave it to us in the morning. Their speed is excellent. It's about a 25-minute walk from the unit train station. The staff made us feel quite welcome and special.

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The staff are very kind and nice. The location is in the centre of town, but the location is also very close to the Dome and Santa Maria. We got a comfortable room and a unique historic building, in addition to that the breakfast was fresh and varied with the meat and cheese. The staff was very helpful.
