Spacious, clean, contemporary, and excellent service with a good selection of baked goods, fruit, made to order freshly squeezed OJ, eggs and coffee. Very responsive through messages. Vibe is more like a boutique hotel than a traditional hotel. Comfortable bed and shower. Recommendations from Georgio of what to see and where to go were excellent! Note: You may be able to hear doors and rustling in the halls in the morning if you’re a light sleeper, and the AC unit can blow directly on you when you’re sleeping, but the Dyson fan is a great alternative to use when it’s not too hot.

What a great place to stay. The host is fantastic and he’s so helpful, he would literally do anything to make your trip better. Rooms are nice and clean and up to date. It is located within walking distance of major site seeing amenities (15-20 minutes walk). Also there’s an old elevator there where you have to close the door to use it, so cute. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

Everything about this property was awesome. Giorgio was so helpful and hospitable. Always a great fresh breakfast. The rooms and property were very clean, Air conditioning and great lighting. He was so helpful with booking of taxis, directions around town for site seeing, recommendations for restaurants. We went to Hostaria Romana for supper which was amazing as well! We absolutely loved our stay here and would recommend. This was also a great location!! Next time in Rome we will definitely book here again!!

There are three highlights to this place: Giorgio, the amenities, and the breakfast. - Giorgio genuinely cares about his patrons. He went above and beyond in meeting our needs, providing guidance about the city, and even giving us some Italian grammar lessons. His restaurant recommendations are spot on! -The breakfast consisted of freshly scrambled eggs made to order, great cappuccino, delicious pastries, yogurt, and other options.The amenities will meet your needs and more. - Since this is tucked in a happening yet quiet neighborhood in Rome, it gave us the opportunity to get away from the crowds for the evening. Being steps away from Villa Borghese is easily one of the best things about this location.

The room was excellent, very well designed with superb lighting and design. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice, spacious with plenty of hot water. The room in general was very spacious. Breakfast was fresh, great pastries, fresh eggs, and coffee. The host Giorgio was wonderful , friendly, knowledgeable and personable. He gave us great suggestions for the area. Would highly recommend. Would stay there again.

Coming into a traditional Roman building, with the cool courtyard, the old wooden doors, and the vintage elevator was like stepping back in time. Then entering the modern, light, sleek and stylish Luxury Suites showed both sides of Italy: its ancient charm and its elegant style. Our host Georgie was warm, welcoming, efficient, and very professional. His breakfasts were great and prepared just for you. We ate at the family restaurant Hosteria Romana which was an excellent traditional restaurant, and they made us feel like family. My wife Teresa, and I, are checking the calendar: we will be back. On a lighter note: how did we ever survive without a bidet!!!
