Our first all inclusive experience and it was definitely one to remember. All the staff was so attentive and professional. Chad, Fresh and Kiwi always had fun activities and kept everyone engaged and having fun. A very quiet and relaxing resort. Great food and beautiful views I would most definitely stay here again!!!

The swim-up infinity pool for the suite was excellent. The view was INCREDIBLE. I would recommend the excellence upgrade too. The food was great. Room service was a little slow at times, but still wonderful. The beaches were clear. The excellence members beaches were worth the extra cost. The entertainment was fun and the staff were AMAZING! Highly recommend!

The level of service exceeded all my expectations. Chanice at the front desk made a wonderful impression, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Erick, one of the bartenders in the theatre, brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction. My wife and I had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with great views and everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. The restaurants offered a good variety of food, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. The spa experience was one of the highlights of our trip and helped make the vacation feel truly relaxing. The grounds were beautiful, and there were plenty of activities available while still providing a peaceful atmosphere. If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be that some restaurant wait times during peak hours could be a little long, but it was well worth the wait. Loved the room, the staff were amazing especially the staff at the coffee station. The food was great as well. The property was clean and beautiful. Overall amazing hotel. Views for days. Cannot say enough great things about this hotel and staff. My wife and I stayed for a week and this was her baby moon and everything was great and amazing. Beautiful beach, super friendly & helpful staff, and overall the food was pretty good. Gym was so nice and main pool is sublime! There are so many great spots on the resort so you can’t get bored but it’s also not so big that it’s overwhelming. Would stay again!
