It’s a really quiet location. Perfect for a retreat or get away. The only downside is that the parking is limited, so don’t go in expecting a standard parking lot. The staff are all super memorable and quickly make an effort to learning your names. Everyone was super accommodating and I would definitely go again! The food choices at the hotel were superb, and there are plenty of other good choices close by if you want a variety of foods. Oh and the rooms! The rooms are so comfortable that it feels like you’re home! The beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff leave no stone unturned.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Ocean Cliff Hotel Negril. Everyone was so kind, the rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely accommodating. The restaurant food was some of the best we’ve had in Negril! We will definitely be staying here again. It was quiet, peaceful, and so serene. The private beach and pool were absolutely amazing, and the view was truly out of this world.

beautiful, well kept boutique resort. The highlights here were the staff, spa and the views. we like smaller places to stay when we travel, not the mega all inclusives. This one was exactly that. The couples massage was honestly incredible, one of the best we have ever had. Every staff member we spoke with were extremely helpful and kind. The only thing we didn't love was the food of the onsite restaurant. the American dishes on the menu were actually quite bad, the local dishes were only ok, and not nearly as good as some of the other places around the area. Phenomenal place to stay just plan accordingly for authentic food.

I had a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained every day. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, 8 minutes from Beach. Small resort if anyone wants to relax this would be perfect choice.

Stayed in Seaside 3, beautiful 5 star hut, directly infront of the pool, which is diectly in front of the ocean, which is directly in front of the sunset! The staff make the difference... everyone is delightful without exception. Stand outs include Allison, Vanessa, Billy but most especially Shanakay. Food was good, except for one jerk pork that was seriously overcooked like leather. Would have liked a hot tub, but the pool was beautiful, Small and personal, with only 50 guests, but during our stay probably never more than 20 Would return!

Adorable cottages by the sea. The staff is what makes this place extra special. My husband had a medical emergency while on property and they were so helpful and caring, checking on us often during our stay. Seaside cottage room was amazing!! Clean, beautiful, and the views were phenomenal. The staff were all so kind. The pool was perfect, always able to get a chair, quiet, peaceful, ocean water was calm and perfect for floating away on the rafts provided! Seaside massage was incredible. Only ate at the restaurant once and it was decent. A bit slow but nice. Dolphins swim by in the mornings! Definitely will stay again!
