Very clean and roomy room. The shower and bathtub were separate from each other and super clean! Staffs are courteous. Onsen was a bliss! Also, it is Very quiet. We had a restful sleep. Complimentary toothbrush, bath towel, razor, etc were plus. The Lawson store was right next building which was super convenient.

The facility is amazing and located to many local popular attractions. My family of 4 loved that we were close to transit, restaurants, and felt safe taking walks at night, which we did often. Our room was large, clean, and updated. The front desk staff were very helpful and the buffet breakfast staff we SO friendly and very efficient😊 We gave our stay a score of 10 out of 10, again it was AMAZING!

Only one request: we can get the water for our plastic bottles. I don't know why no plastic bottles are not allowed.

This hotel was excellent for our family of three during our 4 night stay in Kyoto. The room was clean, modern and well-sized. We were able to get a third single bed in addition to a King sized bed which was amazing. There was an onsen on the lower level of the hotel which we ended up loving and using a lot! The hotel was about a 10-12 minute walk to Kyoto station which was great and a 3 minute walk on a major bus line that took us to the Gion district and beyond, which was very convenient. There was a couple of Family Mart's very nearby (one right next door) which made it easy for picking up snacks and breakfasts when needed. The staff was friendly and check-in/check-out were super easy. Laundry services were available with complimentary detergent which was great. All in all, a fabulous stay at the Chisun Premium hotel in Kyoto. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

The hotel is great and the staff was super helpful, we were able to send our luggage to the next hotel with no issues, when we arrived they had already received our luggage and put it in our room, really quiet area with laundry services and even one really close across the street. Super close to team labs and walking distance to station to go for 20 mins to Nintendo Musseum

Great location near train station and restaurant. Also close to catch buses. Rooms are large and clean. Great sitting area down by the onsen.

If you’re looking for the perfect base to explore Kyoto, look no further than Chisun Premium Kyoto Kujo. From the moment you arrive, the staff greets you with genuine warmth and hospitality that makes you feel instantly welcome — exactly the kind of service that turns a good trip into an unforgettable one. The location is unbeatable. Just a short walk from Kyoto Station, getting around couldn’t be easier — whether you’re hopping on the Shinkansen for a day trip or navigating local trains and buses to explore the city’s iconic temples and neighborhoods. Everything is right at your fingertips. Practical touches make all the difference here: a Lawson convenience store right next door means snacks, drinks, and late-night cravings are always sorted, and the in-house laundry machines are a total lifesaver for longer stays. No need to overpack! But let’s talk about the onsen — because it deserves its own spotlight. Absolute paradise. After a long day of sightseeing, sinking into those steaming, mineral-rich waters is pure bliss. The atmosphere is serene and beautifully calming, the kind of experience that melts every ounce of fatigue from your body and soul. It’s not just an amenity — it’s a ritual, and honestly one of the highlights of the entire trip. I found myself looking forward to it every single evening. Chisun strikes that rare balance between convenience, comfort, and authentic Japanese experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kyoto — you won’t regret it.
