As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.

[Regarding the Age of Children]
- Children who are not yet of school age can stay free of charge.
- Children who are 7 to 12 years old will be accommodated at a special rate. Please inform us of the number of children within this age group.
- Children who are 13 years old and above will be charged the standard rate.
Each room is designed according to a specific concept and is equipped with air conditioning, a television, towels, and a hairdryer. Additionally, guests can enjoy a family bath made of cypress wood and a rooftop barbecue.
