We had a great stay at this hotel. We chose it because of its strategic location, right at the crossroads between the worldexpo site and the main shopping district. Its also very well connected, with easy access to both major metro lines, making it very convenient to get around the city. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience at a reasonable price. The bed is very comfortable and makes you feel at home. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly well served with a variety of foods. We really enjoyed our 6 nights here.

Kamar bersih, staf layanan sangat ramah dan pengalaman menginap yang memuaskan. Namun satu-satunya yang mengecewakan adalah sarapannya: terlalu sedikit variasinya, jauh dari harga yang diharapkan, yaitu 2.500 Yen per orang. Saya berharap tetapi saya kecewa. Sarapannya bahkan tidak seenak sarapan CoC seharga 780 yen. Kami hanya makan beberapa suap dan kembali ke kamar. Jika Anda menanti sarapan hotel, sebaiknya persiapkan diri Anda terlebih dahulu untuk menghindari selisih yang besar. Skor pengurangan 2 bintang kali ini, terutama karena kontras yang kuat dari sarapan.

Saya puas dengan fasilitas yang disediakan, termasuk losion dan sampo. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan ukurannya besar, cocok untuk seseorang setinggi saya. Hotel itu sendiri terletak di lokasi yang bagus dan fasilitas di dalam kamar luar biasa! Yang ingin saya fokuskan adalah sarapan prasmanan sebanyak yang Anda bisa. Memang agak mahal untuk standar Jepang, tetapi jelas bisa diterima di Amerika, terutama mengingat kualitas makanannya. Mereka menyajikan masakan Barat dan Jepang. Semuanya segar dan lezat. Hidangan favorit saya adalah roti panggang Perancis. Cara Jepang membuat telur dadar di tengahnya dengan tekstur custard yang mengembang. Setelah menambahkan krim kocok, Anda tidak memerlukan apa pun lagi. Sangat direkomendasikan jika Anda ingin sarapan besar dan lezat!

Hotel ini sangat strategis, hanya dua menit berjalan kaki dari Pintu Keluar 13 Stasiun Honmachi di jalur kereta bawah tanah Midosuji. Saya menginap di sini selama dua malam untuk menghadiri World Expo. Resepsionis berada di lantai Beberapa ulasan mengatakan bahwa resepsionis agak sulit ditemukan, tetapi jelas tertulis! Karena hotel ini baru, secara keseluruhan sangat bersih dan desain kamarnya sederhana namun bergaya dan menenangkan. Tersedia banyak piyama dan perlengkapan mandi, dan tempat tidur serta bak mandinya luas dan sangat nyaman! Meskipun paket tidak termasuk makan, ada minimarket di dekatnya, jadi tidak masalah. Ada mesin penjual otomatis dan microwave di lantai tempat kamar, jadi mudah digunakan. Staf sangat ramah, terima kasih banyak!

This was my first visit to Japan and this hotel ticks all the boxes for me. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but clean comfortable and good for the price buffet breakfast has a good variety of options. The location was spot on if your sightseeing in Osaka very close to the metro, shopping streets and down town area

This hotel has a very clean and comfy bed, but the pillows are not so comfortable. They provide nice toiletries and amenities, and no water or teapots. A 10-minute walk from the closest subway station. In Japan, hotels are quite small, the rooms are quite small. However, you must cross some streets to find shops. Overall, this hotel is ok for the money

Hotel ini terletak di daerah Hommachi dekat dengan showroom mobil supercar, kamar hotelnya kecil tetapi sangat nyaman, disediakan baju tidur malam dan ada ponsel yang dipinjamkan untuk dibawa jalan agar dapat membuka tempat wisata dan peta, sayangnya jika ingin dijadikan hotspot harus membayar 300 yen perhari. Kamar mandi kecil sesuai standar Jepang. Ada juga layanan kerja sama dengan bike sharing Osaka, Anda dapat menyewa sepeda selama 2 hari dengan harga 100 yen, hrdnya murah dari harga normal.

The only thing I enjoyed about this hotel was the breakfast that was provided. Then, I remembered there weren't many options for breakfast in Japan because Japanese people traditionally eat breakfast at home days before I left for Osaka. After I checked the hotel, I paid for breakfast and realized it was a smart decision I had made. The chef was really thoughtful about presenting us with as many options as he could. Thai and western dishes. The bacon is the best, grab it when you see it! The breakfast room's effort to present Osaka's breakfast culture to visitors. I put comments here since I want the chef to know that we guests really appreciate your sincerity and dedication to work, chef. The windows are extremely small. Even a typhoon hit Osaka while I was there, I didn't hear anything from the outside. There you have it.
