I will look elsewhere, but there are numerous charming inns and air bobs in this area. Three nights were spent with my fourperson family. The hoshino brand is supposed to provide an experience that moves you from the ordinary to a realm of luxury and escape. It undoubtedly exceeded these expectations in terms of costs, but failed to achieve in almost all areas. The building is cramped with sardines on them, and it is furnished like a luxury business hotel. If priced correctly, it wouldnt be anything to write home about, but for the price range here, room sizes are quite immoral. The campus is photographed in the photos as a beachside retreat, but in actuality, it is a glorified highway stop. Any room on floor 5 or below is treated to a foreground of constant traffic around the clock. Food expert and inoffensive but lacking any wow factor to distinguish it from nearby cheaper competitors. Service competent but underwhelming. There were no amenities to argue that it went beyond the experience. The personnel was courteous but unprofessional, there were no necessities on site for sale sunscreen etc and punctuation these small flaws were a few eyebrowraising errors in the dead of summer etc outside and the only drinks in the foyer are hot coffee and tea? Positioning the hotel as a family getaway, but there are no bathrooms with changing tables for infants

A bit of a business hotel was present outside. It is in a beautiful location close to a historical park. A helpful staff member welcomed us in the parking lot and set up a check-in an hour early. They appeared to truly take in the areas past. Each room was large, had a lovely seating area, and had an ocean view. There was a comfy bed, a luxury bathroom with a rain shower in the western style. The artwork and woodwork in the room seamlessly connected the history of the area. My only complaint was that the lighting in the bathroom was a little low. My wife had trouble doing her makeup in the morning. We checked into the room. It was a little dragged out but very professional and informative, with a brief introduction to tea as a welcome. The start was on the first floor. In both the indooroutdoor lounge, they provided green tea, apple cider, and free beer from rp to 10 o'clock. The beginning was clean and renovated with both indoor and outdoor baths. Both their and their floors restaurants serve dinner. I had several food requirements that were readily met. Our host was fantastic. She was from Hong Kong and fluent in both Japanese and English. The food was also spectacular. In the evening, there was a historical overview about the region. We went to Kai for 2 nights again. We received good service in terms of check-in and check-out, as well as good service in the restaurant. The restaurant staff recommended a good sightseeing area. The food was good in terms of quality and quantity. However, wifi is relatively slow and unstable.

I have a great time here once more. The location was fair. About a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride from the ito station. The convenience shop was right next to the hotel, and being close to the ocean, I loved walking around the hotel. The employees were outstanding. The restaurants employees really impressed me. Every time, they made me feel welcome. The room was lovely and had a lovely view of the ocean, all the amenities needed, and the air conditioning was cool enough since the weather was still a little hot in September. The boxspring on the top floor was really nice. I love their idea of having an outdoor deck and an interior sofa area where you can rest after boxspring. I appreciate how thoughtful little things like free drinks and popsicles made my stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner both had excellent meals, and since I was staying for 3 days and 2 nights, I was able to choose different food from the hotel attentively so I didn't have to eat the same food twice. Sincerely, all hoshino resorts are topnotch in their hospitality, service, and experience, and Kai has not let me down! Would strongly advise anyone to stay here if they visit ito. I would love to return to this hotel. Even though it's a bit of a walk from ito station and the sun buena deck was smaller than I expected, all else was great. The staff is friendly and definitely makes you feel at home. The food was amazing and having a free spa beer on the sun buena deck was relaxing, to say the least. The ocean view from the room is not very scenic, but it's still a sea view and I love them!
