[About Accommodation Tax]
The Osaka Prefecture accommodation tax will be collected separately at the hotel.

【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

An additional charge will be required for use of the fitness center, sauna, swimming pool and massage.
The reservation with the title “Non-refundable” is charged 100% of cancellation fee since the moment the reservation is made.
We can not make a refund or any exception under any circumstances. Please be aware of this before making the reservation.
There is an additional breakfast charge for children. Please contact the property directly for more information.
We do not offer airport transfer services.

[Temporary Closure Due to Elevator Upgrade Works]
The property will carry out upgrade works on the guest elevators (three units). Although the works will be done one elevator at a time, all elevators will be out of service on the dates listed below; therefore, the property will be closed to overnight guests on those dates. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
・Implementation period: April 2026 – April 2027
・Closed dates: April 13, 2026; August 3, 2026; September 15, 2026; November 16, 2026; March 15, 2027



【Notice of Temporary Power Outage Due to Mandatory Electrical Inspection】
A mandatory electrical inspection will take place from late night on February 1, 2027 (Monday) to early morning on February 2, 2027 (Tuesday).
Please note the following impacts to guest rooms:

・TV service in guest rooms will be unavailable from 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM.
・Internet connection in guest rooms will also be unavailable during this time.
This inspection is necessary for property safety management. Thank you for your understanding.
For the gym and pool, we are introducing the affiliated facility "Chayamachi Fitness Club". (Paid)
*Closed on the 10th and 20th of every month, at the end of the month, during the year-end and New Year holidays, and during part of the summer
*Customers under high school age and those with tattoos are not allowed to use the service.

If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
