They provide transportation to the Hakuna Valley and skiing. The staff was excellent and very supportive.

The staff were great, so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. The breakfast was always yummy. They have a deal with a rental shop for snow activities. They had many dinner recommendations and even made a reservation for us and dropped us off at the restaurant. Wonderful and memorable stay.

Guests stayed at Monteblanc this summer, and we had a great ski week there. It is in an excellent position, close to the free shuttle route, and directly across from echoland, the finest ski area in hakuna, and the most expensive hut. The complimentary meal is substantial yet eclectic. This hotel is not in the heart of the city like Echoland, but is directly on the free shuttle route. The chef and server in the dining area were always hospitable and welcoming, and the owner, Kanji, is always accessible and goes above and beyond to make his visitors' journey flawless. They also offer personalized shuttle services out of the usual free shuttle bus route, for meals, grocery, and other amenities. The price is a lot less expensive than other star pensions. There isn't much space for 15 meters of outside restroom in the standard room, but that is on par with any other star pensions. You can save a few thousand yen each day by purchasing free lift passes. If you need some laundry, a washerdryer is accessible. You might prefer looking toward the city's central location if you are hoping for a hotel with a glitzy lobby and standard rooms of the American sized.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. This hotel provided excellent customer service as well as support staff. We requested halal food. We have arranged transportation for skiing and other activities in the Hakana Valley.
