The family and I loved the spacious room, clean spaces, and the staff was great! The air conditioning was set at a bearable temperature due to it under maintenance till Oct 2026 I believe. The complimentary shuttle is also good to have to the hotel and back to the airport. Definitely would stay at again!

The room was clean and it came with night wear and room shoes for everyone. Staff was super helpful despite the language barrier as we are English speakers. They were also very fast when we called the front desk for things we needed in our room. The rooms were cleaned very well every day and things like soaps, face cleanser and moisturizer were replenished daily. The facility has microwaves and laundry service is offered. It’s a great location with a Lawson store right across the street, a playground less than a 5 minute walk away, a laundry house nearby as well as lots of restaurants. I definitely enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Airport shuttle was super convenient, but we weren't sure of the pickup spot. If you get on the Haneda airport bus, get off at terminal 1, but stop #8 and cross the street to the tiny bus terminal looking parking lot. On our return trip to the airport, they dropped us off at Terminal 3 although it says the shuttle is only to Terminal 1. Facility was nice, clean, and Lawson's across the street makes sure you never starve. No microwave in the room but they are located in public areas on various floors. Hotel fridge with small freezer and hot water pot in the room. Safe, quiet neighborhood. There is a Family Mart, 7/11, and Aeon corner grocery store on the same street. A huge Seiyu grocery store, Book Off, and Freshness Burger is a few minute walk away. About an 8-minute walk to Omori station's North entrance. Lots of food options on that route, including McD's in the terminal, but if you walk straight through the terminal, you'll end up on the town side of Omori station where you can find drug stores, food shops, and everything else you'd want. Baggage storage while we travelled to Osaka (we were checking back into the hotel after returning from Osaka) was great, allowing us to leave our bigger luggage and travel very lightly for the three nights in Osaka.

Everything well kept! They provide pijamas and tooth brush etc etc really convenient. Wish they would have staff that speak English! Also the shuttle to take you to the airport is convenient if you are flying out in the am but you have to wake up early and be ready with luggage at the lobby for them to give you a ticket to take you to the airport.. The only thing I personally didn’t like was the shuttle does not pick you up from the airport. Even though it tells you it does.

We had an enjoyable stay. The room was a little larger than expected, and very conveniently located to shopping, train station, restaurants and convenience stores. Nice amenities like room slippers and pajamas, loaner wheelchairs and breakfast. Our room was showing it’s age like wallpaper peeling at the seems, old carpet and pink mold in the grout.

Stayed for 13 days. Cute little town. We really enjoyed our stay. Located in quiet residential neighborhood. 5 minute walk from JR, all variety of restaurants and shops near JR station even a puffer fish restaurant. The best Ramen shops (Panda) and (Homemade Ramen Muginae)limit 100 bowls a day, right across the street. Every morning seeing people waiting lining up for the shops to open. Hotel staffs are really helpful and professional. Airport shuttle is a plus. Definitely five stars.
