Children & Extra Beds
The availability of extra beds depends on the room type. Please check the details in each room type description. If the room type does not show an option to add an extra bed, extra beds cannot be provided.

Children of all ages are welcome to stay.
【Other】
■ Guests under 18 years old must either be accompanied by a parent/guardian or provide a consent form from a parent/guardian. Guests 12 years old and under are not allowed to stay without an accompanying adult.
【Check-in】
■ Check-in after 11:00 PM is not available.
【Eco Cleaning】
As part of our environmental initiatives, for guests staying multiple nights, room cleaning will be provided as “eco cleaning” (towel and bath mat replacement, and trash removal only).
In addition, in accordance with the guidance of the public health center and from a hygiene perspective, a full cleaning will be conducted once every four days.
■ One towel set (bath and face towels / one set per night) is provided free of charge.
■ If you would like an additional full cleaning, please inform the front desk by 11:00 PM on the day before.
Full cleaning (room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed making, and linen/sheet change)
Additional full cleaning fee: JPY 800 per time, payable on site.
【Smoking】
■ All rooms at this property are non-smoking. We are unable to accommodate requests for smoking rooms even if such a request is made at the time of booking.
【Pets】
■ At this hotel, pets are not allowed regardless of type or size. We also ask that you refrain from bringing pets onto the premises, including keeping them in vehicles on site.

・When booking 6 rooms or more, different terms and conditions and additional charges may apply.

Starting 1 April 2026, due to changes in local tax regulations, guests are required to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in.
The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room-only rate (excluding meal charges and consumption tax).
【Accommodation Tax from 1 April 2026 onwards】
For all room rates: JPY 200 per person per night.
For the purpose of the accommodation tax, “room rate” refers to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
Please settle the tax payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if the reservation has been prepaid by credit card.
Applicable tax conditions are determined by the respective local government; please refer to the official website of the relevant local authority or contact the hotel directly for details.
